“Absolutely sublime in every conceivable way. the scheduled time for me to be there was exactly when my table was ready so try not to be too early. There is a 2 hour time for each guest or party and my god we left at precisely 2 hours after. the food was indescribably good the kitchen is cleaner than a damn level 1 clean room and the service was immaculate no breaks every single wait staff working as an organized professional team. For the sake enthusiasts I highly recommend the ongakushu sake it’s full bodied and very very smooth but it has to breath for a solid 15 minutes first as it’s aged for years. the speakers for the music are absolutely perfect so the sound is just hugging your ears and not distracting or uncomfortable. “Top to bottom our experience at Nobu restaurant was amazing!!! Kennedy was our server who carefully took a look at our allergies and food preferences and was able to give very good advice on the menu. Everything we had tasted fantastic and was well presented. We were actually very full and had to adjust our order. We had cold: yellowtail and tuna appetizer, as well warm: miso soup, steak, waygu dumplings, eggplant and lastly sushi: vegetable roll, and salmon avocado roll. Our cocktails were also tasty. We will surely be back.”
