“Indo Restaurant is a great spot in Palo Alto, especially if you are organizing a team dinner. The restaurant has plenty of space to accommodate large groups, and the service is fast and efficient, which is perfect for business gatherings. The food is very tasty with excellent options for vegans, making it easy to accommodate everyone's dietary needs. It is slightly on the pricier side, but the quality of the food and the professional environment make it well worth it.”
“My husband and I went to Indo to celebrate his birthday, and we were so glad we picked this spot. The food was just amazing. Chicken satay was so juicy and tender that it was just melting in the mouth. Loved roti parota and the curry that came with it. Mie goreng was flavorful and the complementary coconut pudding was amazing too. A big shoutout to JUAN who made our day more special with his commendable service. After our lunch, he volunteered to click our pictures and actually suggested different spots to get us a perfect picture. We will be back on a weekday just to be served by Juan again. 😃”
“I was here for lunch on Saturday. I really like the atmosphere of this restaurant. It has a high-end feel to it with nice decor. The service was excellent, and the food was tasty. We ordered the Roti Prata that included two pieces of roti, and the Day Boat Scallops as starters, which was well-balanced with the sweetness of the pineapple chutney and red beet puree. We had the Bali Ribs that was cooked perfectly off the bone, and the Green Bean Sambal had a touch of spiciness. It was a nice lunch experience. This restaurant also has outdoor seating and a parking lot right next to it.”
“ADDING IT TO THE "ROTATION"! We like really extra delicious food. That's what I tell locals whenever soliciting restaurant advice: "what's the most delicious food?" I only grabbed a Pic of the dessert (graciously offered after seeing us hem and haw about it), but the food here was insane. I said "whoa" out loud twice while eating dessert. Spiced like gingerbread, one of the most unique cakes we've ever had, with some sort of crazy smooth vanilla ice cream and creme anglais. Still reading? Just come here. If you want more details though, heres our order: -hot chocolate ginger cake with vanilla ice cream (blueberry and fresh strawberry) -roti: soooo good. Probably the table favorite, we almost order this for Salty dessert -pad thai: well executed. We got chicken that was nicely cooked, juicy not dried, not too citrus-y -rib eye: no regrets. Dip it in roti sauce for bonus flavor party Shout out to the bartender with the silky baritone. Juan, you magnificent man, we will be back... frequently! (Maybe next time I'll take pics of the food before inhaling it)”
“Excellent Indonesian / Asian Fusion restaurant. One of the best Indonesian restaurants I have visited outside of Indonesia. Casual dress code. No bike parking but considerable car parking. Google directions tend to have you overshoot the side street of El Camino you need to take to get to the parking lot and restaurant entrance. The chicken and lamb satay were both excellent as well as the Gado Gado, Ayam Rica Rica, and Nasi Goreng. Very attentive service kept our water glasses full and empty serving plates cleared. Can order individually or family style.”
