Masu Sushi has been a staple of inventive Japanese cuisine in Portland, OR for over 20 years. Executive Chef and owner Tommy Shin leads a technique-driven team of chefs who create beautiful sushi, sashimi, and dishes of the highest quality ingredients sourced from the Pacific Northwest and Japan. Our signature dishes from the kitchen include the Gindara Misozuke (Miso and Butter Marinated Local Black Cod) and the award-winning Yakiniku Charred Pork Cheeks. Masu's sushi bar omakase is an intimate experience that showcases our chefs' expertise in highlighting the season's best ingredients. Savor in 10-12 beautiful dishes over the course of 120 minutes. Dietary Restrictions: We are able to accommodate shellfish-free and gluten-free diets (though our kitchens are not exclusively shellfish- and gluten-free). Notify us of these modifications by selecting the appropriate add-ons in your reservation. If you have specific dietary restrictions or needs, we welcome you to message us on OpenTable with at least 48 hours notice and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate. Same-day modifications are politely declined. Payment: Your credit card details is only held to confirm your reservation and will be charged if necessary per our cancellation/no-show policy. Payment for your omakase experience, optional saké flight add-ons, and any desired gratuity is taken at the restaurant.
