“Just a overall fantastic meal! Bread is delicious with that salted butter. The salad is nice but nothing special. The steak, fries and that sauce are just phenomenal! Had it cooked to medium and it was just right, the char is nice. The sauce was so creamy, rich and flavourful just brings out an amazing flavour in the steak. Second serving comes out as soon as your done the first. Service was great!”

The quality of the food is outstanding and the portions are generous. Artisan Rustic Bread: This toasty bread was warm and doughy. As tasty as it is, I highly recommend not requesting more to save room for the remaining courses. Mixed Green Salad: This simple salad was served with a mound of crisp butter lettuce, mixed Arcadian greens and cherry tomatoes. It was and refreshing and tangy. The Dijon vinaigrette paired well with the salad. Culotte Steak & Fresh-cut Fries: Based on the name of the restaurant, it was a no-brainer to request the sirloin to be cooked medium rare. It had a beefy, juicy texture. The gray colored secret sauce was the backbone to this plate. The fries were thin and crispy on the outside with a pillowy texture on the inside. As a bonus, the prix fixe includes a second helping of steak and fries. After that, there is a $13 up charge for each additional portion. If you decide to have dessert, there is also a $12 per sweet treat. I enjoyed this meal at the bar, which is the darkest section of the restaurant. As sundown was approaching, my visibility was compromised. When I requested additional lighting, they immediately brought over a portable lamp. I was very pleased with Bartender Nick. He was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. It was cool that I got a Bazooka bubble gum with the check. “Came here on a Monday night, we saw plenty of open spots that day and were unsure of our plans, so we did not book a spot. That was a mistake! There was about a 30 minute wait for a table, but it was well worth it. I believe our server's name was Tyler, and he was great at explaining how it worked and came back to check on us throughout the meal. We split a bottle of wine. We really enjoyed everything. The bread, the salad, and of course the steak and fries. The sauce was really fantastic, too. The refill of fries and extra steak was perfect. If you only have one thing you do as a restaurant, you better do it right. They do. It's definitely worth the price and hits whatever steak fix you may need.”

“Food was good! Nothing mind-blowing, but I really liked the steak sauce and the dessert. Our waiter was very attentive too. Honestly, the biggest downside of the experience was that the waiter circled the suggested tip section on the receipt. I think I know that tipping is customary, so I didn’t need to be reminded so explicitly.”
