Rosalia - Linden Hills

“Sometimes it’s the food, and sometimes it’s the people behind it. We had a really rough evening. The restaurant where we originally had reservations was running over an hour behind, and after waiting forever for dinner, we decided to take a chance and stop by Rosalia. When we told the staff what had happened, we simply said we were grateful to get a table. What happened next completely turned our night around. The manager, Will, and his team welcomed us warmly, brought over drinks on the house, and even treated us to an appetizer. From that point on, everything was exceptional. We ordered the Margherita pizza to play it safe and the Salsiccia to balance it out, and both were absolutely perfect. To top it all off, our server brought us a sample of Little Bird ice cream because we had never tried it before. Service like this is rare. It’s one thing to provide great hospitality when everything is going smoothly, but it’s another to step in and make someone’s evening better when the problem wasn’t yours to begin with. That kindness and care will stick with us, and it’s exactly why we’ll be coming back. To Will and the entire team: thank you for an amazing night.”

“Amazing drinks, apps, pizza and great patio! Carrot tahina and baba ganoush were our favs. We had the Bianca and Mortadella Panuozzo which were delicious. Can’t wait to come back!”

“I was blown away by the vegetarian sides. The broccolini and the cauliflower were two of my favorite things he had! Both the gluten free and regular pizza was super tasty. Service was great and this was a cute space to celebrate a birthday.”

“Gorgeous patio! It was packed on a Monday evening. Very glad we had a reservation. Our server was very helpful and kind. The pizza was good but nothing spectacular or worth the price. The pepperoni is very greasy, I do not recommend. The Salsiccia was interesting for one slice, not more. The cilantro was heavy and the flavor was out of place. The burrata was great! For those not from the area - give yourself ample time to find parking. You might have to walk a few blocks.”

“Rosalia was such a vibe. The service was genuinely one of the highlights—our server, Avery, knew the menu inside and out and gave us great recommendations that definitely steered us in the right direction. The three dips were a standout and honestly the perfect way to start the meal. We also loved the Bianca pizza—it was fresh, light, and had the perfect lemony finish that made it feel a little elevated without trying too hard. The only thing I probably wouldn’t order again was the draft cocktails. they leaned a little sweeter than my personal taste, and I think I would’ve been happier with a glass of wine instead. Overall, great atmosphere, great service, and enough menu items left to try that we’ll definitely be back.”
