Reservations open 14 days in advance at 9 AM ET. Chef/Owner Anthony Mangieri has been crafting naturally-leavened, wood-fired pizzas with meticulous attention to detail since 1996. A pioneer of Neapolitan pizza in the U.S., Anthony still makes every ball of dough by hand and is at Una making pizza every night. A few starters and desserts complement the pizzas, along with wines from Campania and Champagne. Everything is made fresh daily until sold out. The choice to have only one location allows for an obsessive focus on every detail. Una has been awarded #1 pizzeria in the world by 50 Top Pizza for 2022, 2024, and 2025, a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, and recognized in media outlets including the TODAY Show, CBS Mornings, and Esquire. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Reservations from 5:00 - 9:30 for parties of up to four. Reservations that have been traded or purchased through third party platforms will not be honored.
“I love Una Pizza Napoletana! This was my third visit in a few months time. Everyone here is so nice and helpful! The pizza is a real work of art and it's so hard to choose which one to get. The taste of the sauce and cheese is exceptional and I love the light and airy high crust. It takes a lot of work to make pizza like this but they've mastered the craft. The pizza is served uncut/Italian style. I prefer to use a fork and knife for most of it but I've seen people cut theirs and pick it up as well. The almond cremolata for dessert is not to be missed! Can't wait to go back again.”
“Had one of the best pizza experiences here. The crust was perfectly charred and airy, with that authentic wood-fired flavor that’s hard to find. Every ingredient tasted fresh and balanced, especially the cheese and sauce. The atmosphere felt simple but genuine, letting the food speak for itself. Definitely a spot worth coming back to if you appreciate true Neapolitan pizza.”
“Definitely the best pizza in New York, and it’s an honor to watch Anthony handcraft each pizza right in front of you. You can tell how passionate he is about his work. The staff and service were outstanding, and it made you feel like you were dining at someone’s home. To top everything off, the dessert was perfect! Simple and not too sweet, just the way we like it. We will definitely be back soon!”
“Was visiting NYC from India and managed the very hard reservation at Una. The pizza was great ! The dough was airy and nice. Considering the labour chef Anthony puts behind the pizza and the dough, I would give it 10/10. It’s a labour of love. I understand some reviews say it’s not worth the $40 plus price tag or it’s bit overhyped as the number 1 pizzeria in the world and I agree ! The Burrata starter/side dish was heavenly. One of the best I ever had ! And as sorbet was divine - they make a fresh batch every morning and the flavours change everyday.”
“So i would have yo be honest I didn’t find the pizza to be the best in the world kind. It was a good pizza the flavours were there and the cheese was kind of extremely chewy, which personally I didn’t like that much but i guess some people do. But the burrata and the sorbet stole the show. I mean the burrata was something i never tasted. The taste the flavour the milkiness was like something i never had before. Went very well with the olive oil. Must try. Also the sorbet was the best i have ever had. I mean it was divine. The taste and the texture was unlike any. I would recommend people to go for the burrata and the sorbet if you can find a reservation that is. Also that fact that Chef Anthony makes every pizza himself really tells you about how much he cared about his art. The service was top notch.”
