This is not a tasting menu handed down from a single vision — it's our chefs with full creative freedom, building a meal that moves from first bite to final sweet. The evening begins with a welcome course from the kitchen before Executive Chef Jonas Favela, Executive Sous Chef Kari Garrett, Chefs Patrick Yamaguchi, Jessie Gomez, and Robbie Martin each present their own signature course. At just 19 years old, he earned a place among the top seven contestants on MasterChef, where he further refined his craft under the mentorship of the show's acclaimed judges. Today, Gabriel is a sought-after private chef serving clients across the country, including our very own NBA Champion Aaron Wiggins. Every course arrives with a wine pairing included in the ticket, selected to match the flavors of Gabriel's menu and carry the evening from first pour to last.
