Nestled in Paris's 7th arrondissement, Le Vesper is a cocktail bar and Japanese restaurant where Tokyo meets Parisian elegance. Our bartenders craft a menu of seasonal cocktails with Japanese influences – Matcha Fizz, Velours Nippon with rum and azuki syrup, Rouge Geisha with mezcal and hibiscus, or our signature Vesper Garden with Hendrick's gin – designed to elevate every moment. In the kitchen, discover the refined creations of Chef Roudy Petersen: exceptional sushi and sashimi (yellowtail, chutoro, Obsiblue shrimp), a Chef's Selection at €45, creative maki rolls (California, Spicy Tuna), beef gyoza, chicken yakitori, and miso-glazed black cod. Small plates perfect for sharing alongside your aperitifs in a warm, sophisticated atmosphere designed by Barcelona-based decorator Lázaro Rosa Violán. Open daily from 6:30 PM. Brunch at Vesper is anything but an ordinary Sunday.
