Wahaca Covent Garden

“A good place for a casual tasty meal in Covent Garden. We called in without a booking on a warm summer evening and were quickly found a table. We were looked after by our server Florin who talked us through the menu and checked for allergies. I was really pleased to see they had a Bold Bean Co. collaboration - a butterbean dip with confit, garlic, chorizo and tortilla chips - so we started with that. The black bean and three cheese quesadilla was well filled and tasty, and the smoky pork skewer was tender and flavoursome. Also enjoyed pork pibil tacos, delicious sweet potato cubes with a green sauce, and some refreshing margaritas. Good atmosphere without being too loud, and the serving team certainly work hard to make sure everyone is served quickly and has everything they need. Good for families and groups as well due to the extensive menu with plenty of options to meet all needs.”

“First day in London and we were looking for a coffee. We came in and ended up eating a full meal! Everything was delicious. The sweet potato taquito, yellowfin tostada, Halloumi taco, the guacamole (!!), pork belly skewer, were all so flavorful! We also had the Mexpresso, so yummy! Andre was our was our server and so delightful and friendly. We came when it was just a few people and by the time we finished it was packed! Everyone else’s food looked and smelled delicious!! I would recommend!”
