Redstone American Grill - Eden Prairie

“We made a trip to meet up with some friends for Father's Day brunch and had a fabulous experience. As you walk into the establishment, it is decorated and has the feel of a lodge. We were seated and had a view of the pond or water. Our server, Bryn, brought us a few glasses of bubbles to start while we looked at the menu. Bryn gave us some good recommendations, and we went with the Redstone breakfast. Redstone is known for their ribs, so what else could I choose? I selected a full rack of ribs, and the meat fell right off the bone. They had the perfect blend of BBQ, smoke, and tanginess. The sauce was not runny and stuck to the ribs. I didn't even bother with the fries. The coleslaw was mediocre and was lacking in flavor, but the ribs were heavy. We had a few glasses of wine to quench our thirst and relaxed and had great conversations as we caught up. Bryn checked up on us and made sure we had all we needed and provided perfect service. The bathrooms and restaurant areas were clean, and there was tons of free parking in their lot.”

“We hosted a private event at Redstone American Grill and it was excellent. The food was great, fresh and beautifully presented. Guests raved about the menu choices. The service was fantastic: attentive, professional, and proactive without being intrusive. The private dining room and outdoor areas made for a beautiful setting that set the perfect tone for our celebration. Valerie, the event coordinator was great to work with from start to finish. She was responsive and made sure our event was exactly what we wanted from our first meeting to day of execution. Highly recommended for private events.”

“We just had dinner here for the first time and had an amazing experience. The food and service were amazing. There were seasonal specials for appetizers and even dessert instead of just entrees. Good range of prices and everything tasted exceptional, would definitely recommend checking out!”

“It's a good place. You will get good food here. The venue is a good place to meet and the it is open and nicely decorated. Large bar area, and special areas for groups. A little upscale, but still casual. Lots of business folk in there have lunch/dinner work or after-work related activities. The buffalo shrimp and the bang bang cauliflower are great apps This is mostly a steak and seafood place. The parm crusted walleye is a solid option as well as the short rib. It does have some pasta dishes and chicken dishes on. Great salads, and some sandwich options. Solid drink menu and wine list. Staff is good, they can give you info, but they always seem to running around a lot any time I have been there.”

“Great place to eat overall. Nice warm contemporary atmosphere with stellar service. The cheessteak egg rolls were amazing. The Braised Short Rib Pappardelle was decent (I've had better but it was still a solid choice). The warm chocolate chip cookie sundae was also great. Would definitely visit again.”
