“Spago is simply a must-visit restaurant in Beverly Hills and, honestly, one of the essential dining destinations for any true food enthusiast. From the moment you walk in, the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail are exactly what you would expect from a world-class establishment. A particularly special highlight of our evening was that Wolfgang Puck himself came out to greet guests, and we had the pleasure of a brief conversation about our shared Austrian roots in Carinthia. That personal touch made an already memorable experience even more special. My absolute favorite dish was the snapper with the Thai-inspired preparation. The combination of flavors was outstanding—fresh, vibrant, perfectly balanced, and incredibly refreshing. It showcased both creativity and precision while allowing the quality of the fish to shine. A special thank you also goes to the young sommelier who took exceptional care of us throughout the evening. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and thoughtful recommendations were outstanding. The selection of white wines he presented was truly remarkable and paired beautifully with the food, elevating the entire dining experience. Every dish was beautifully executed, and the entire experience reminded us why Spago has remained an icon for decades. Highly recommended and absolutely worth a visit.”
“The experience was Amazing and the service was impeccable! We were celebrating our son’s graduation on becoming a Doctor (his choice out of all the restaurants) and the team ensured he was ‘celebrated’ … we opted for the chefs tasting menu along with the wine paring. We were there until closing and never felt rushed - The Sommelier was charming, attentive and kind. I felt like we were chatting with a friend. This was definitely a memorable experience for our family .Thank you !”
“Our last evening in Los Angeles—and at the same time the final night of our honeymoon—could not have been more perfect. We deliberately chose Spago Beverly Hills to celebrate this special occasion, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the valet parking and the aperitif at the bar to the attentive table service and the warm farewell, every member of the team was consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. The menu recommendations provided by the service staff were excellent, and each dish was absolutely delicious. We truly felt well taken care of and were able to enjoy every moment of this unforgettable evening. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience. We will certainly return to Spago the next time we are in the United States.”
“I had very high expectations for Spago, we were disappointed. My husband and me were celebrating our 10th anniversary so we decided to splurge. The food wasn’t very special, we made the trip from SD so you can imagine the traffic… We had the smoked salmon pizza, prosciutto salad with burrata, cote de bouef ($245!!!) 2 glasses of prosecco, 2 glasses of wine, dessert and a coffee for a total of: $500 A lot of money for what we ate, I really wanted to like it but again the food wasn’t that good. The service was exceptional and I appreciate that the hostess was able to change our table to the dining room”
“Beautiful sleek restaurant and Good food Misleading pricing: Lobster farfalle pastas listed at $46. Waitress then asks "would you like the appetizer or entree size?". Bill comes for "1 1/2" pasta for $69. Same thing for short rib gnocchi; 2 pastas for $88 instead came on bill as " 3 gnocci" for $132. Never any mention of different pricing. In my opinion, the menu should just have transparent pricing like "$46/69" that the waitress then explains is app and entree pricing.”
