Tucked into the San Carlos Square, it’s the kind of place locals return to again and again — for relaxed meals, a morning coffee from the takeaway window, or a bottle of wine shared with friends. Led by Chef Amalia Scatena, our kitchen focuses on ingredients sourced as close to home as possible, working with small farms, fisheries, and producers, and allowing the menu to shift naturally with the seasons.
