“All of the food and drinks we had here were amazing. The service was great, everyone was very nice and helpful and as quick as they could be with how busy it was for dinner. I made a reservation online several weeks ahead of time where I mentioned it was my husband’s birthday. For dessert they remembered and had a lit candle for him! Would definitely come here again!”

“Went in on a Friday night in spring, hand a reservation and I would recommend that as it was busy. Parking is close by off main street. It’s a great vibe as you walk in, French and vintage decor. The mezzanine is a cool spot to dine if you can climb stairs and aren’t afraid of heights as our table was right on the edge. Wine list was good, and food was nicely paired. The focaccia and homemade butter were wonderful. A must. We ordered the coq au vin and the wester Ross salmon. Both meals were wonderful, my only notes is that it didn’t say the chicken thigh had a bone in and whilst I appreciate the additional flavor of bone in, wrangling a bone on a nice dinner out is a challenge. Reasonably priced for fine food in KC. Would recommend. 180 for 2 people for 2 people with two drinks each, one appetizer and one main each with tax and tip, I thought was good value for the quality of food, service and overall experience.”

“We had an incredible dinner tonight. Food & drink were on point, however the service was the standout. Mike and his assistant made us feel welcomed and appreciated and our server, who we nicknamed Dan the Man, made the meal perfect. No rushing, but provided all of the menu insights when we wanted it. They made our meal exactly what we were looking for. The steak tartare, smoked risotto with steak, and steak frites were standouts.”

“My husband and I had the most wonderful Valentine’s Day high tea experience. The atmosphere was absolutely lovely. It was elegant, cozy, and perfect for a special occasion. Our waitress was so attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and truly enhancing the experience. Every detail felt thoughtfully done, and it made our day feel extra special. We will definitely be coming back for another high tea experience!”

“We came here because we saw a video on Tictok about this place and it looked really cool. And believe me, it is. The best thing about this place is the vibe. The decor itself is fun to just sit and look at. It's like a museum. The building and what they have done with this place is a marvel! But the menu is quite small and neither of us found something that we were really excited about. Also, their drink selection is limited. My daughter works in the service industry and was shocked at the lack of choice of liquor/ beverages they had. The food was okay. I'm glad we went because it was a cool place but I probably won't go again. Parking was limited and a bit sketchy where we parked. I think the area is being revitalized and in a year it will look completely different.”
