“My 43rd birthday… I just wanted to have an amazing food experience at home. I was fully impressed with portion size, quality and presentation. The lobster meat in my pasta was “real” lobster and there was a lot of it! Way to go Pasta Factory. Improvement from a year ago. Thank you for making my birthday dinner awesome.”

“Wow...this place is amazing. From the time we entered, to having our order taken and the food delivered, everything was outstanding. I ordered the baked chicken parmesan, which had two chicken beasts along with a side of potatoes and vegetables. The flavor was excellent with the chicken being perfectly cooked. Our Server was wonderful, and truly takes care of her patrons. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Penticton so I can savor more of what this fine establishment offers.”

“We had lunch on a Wednesday afternoon in April. It was on the quiet side, which suited us fine. The 6 ounce NY Strip with 1 side, was very good! At $15.00 you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal. The atmosphere was very homey, and in a good way. We will definitely add this to our list of favorites. The offer of a free spaghetti and meatballs on your birthday will be hard to resist. Service with a smile!!!”

“The service was great — our waiter was attentive and friendly. However, the food was a little too salty for my taste. It would also be nice if the dishes came with a small side option, like a salad or something fresh, to balance the meal. Overall, an okay experience, but there’s room for improvement.”

“Food took over an hour to make for take out for one Lasagna, waited for a long time in their lobby with them telling me 5 to 10 mins over and over. Nice people but not organized, and they were not forthcoming about the wait time. Full size lasagna was very small and only filled half way, definitely not worth the money or wait. Taste is good though.”
