“The food was phenomenal, atmosphere was very nostalgic with the movie screen on the wall. I highly recommend the Breakfast Burger, the Avocado Toast and the coffee. They even have oat milk for those with dairy restrictions.”

“Ive been going to Delft for years, and while all their food is delicious, this one was unexpectedly the best! I ordered Caesar salad, fries, and 6oz chicken breast on the side. The chicken breast was cooked to literal perfection. It was juicy and the flavor kept me coming back for more. At first I was nervous about ordering a side of chicken breast because I figured it would be dry. I was very wrong. The Caesar salad was amazing, I loved that they incorporated kale! What keeps me coming back to delft is the quality and freshness of the food and the detailed and rotating menu. The food comes out quick shortly after ordering and the menu is fairly priced. Best restaurant in Marquette!”

“My mom and I are vacationing in Munising, MI and we made the trip to Marquette to explore. The marquis outside caught our eye and we decided to check it out! The atmosphere is amazingly perfect, the decor and artwork are tasteful and beautiful, the drinks were phenomenal, and clearly the food was outstanding. I’m not one to write reviews, but I was SO impressed with this establishment I just had to. I cannot recommend this place ENOUGH!!! GO TO DELFT BISTRO NOW!!!”

“The delicious craft cocktails, tasty dishes, playing the movie Elf added to the holiday vibes along with the fresh powdery snow. The service was incredible! In the area for a Northern Michigan college visit and our server is a student and in the same major. Food was delicious. The cheese curds are a must. The space is beautifully festive! The Orange Cardamom Espresso Martini is the best Espresso Martini!”

“Delft bistro had an amazing vibe and delicious food. The repurposed old theatre renewed as a two story restaurant - still using the movie screen for all patrons to watch movies such a marvelous idea! Our movie was Shrek! The food menu was filled with various tasty options and conscious of all dietary restrictions! Hefty portions - even the small bites and tastes were quite big. I recommend the falafel bites, hummus, and short rib bites. The Romenasco and Chicken Piccata pastas were good as well, but I’d encourage others to explore other options on the menu. On Thursdays they offer a date night special - 2 pastas for $40 & $10 off a bottle of wine. They also had jazz musician playing that evening! The downside to this meal was the very poor service and our waitress who was ill (sniffling at our table all evening). We noticed that the waitress was overwhelmed, helping 8 tables by herself. She kept entering our table number incorrectly into the POS system resulting in us receiving other tables drinks and food. All together, the restaurant seemed to lack communication. For instance, the staff not mentioning they were out of pita until after we already received our hummus. It is clear that this restaurant is understaffed and may benefit from better hostess, kitchen, & waitstaff communication. Most of all - I hope management is encouraging their employees to take off if not well - as I woke up with the same sniffles as my waitress this morning…”
