“I had a nice personal wine tasting. All the wines were unique and full of flavor. A perfect place if you like dry wines and a quiet table to enjoy your wine.”
“Trestle 31 has always been one of my favorite wineries. The wines are phenomenal. You’ll be hosted in a classy ambiance to boot that just happens to be dog friendly, too! We were hosted by Andy who was incredibly knowledgeable & allowed us to savor each wine at a truly relaxing pace. We appreciated the side-by-side tastings and learned a great deal. Thank you, Andy!!”
“We bopped around the North Seneca shore and visited wineries all day. This was our last and best stop. The owner was so accommodating and welcoming, the wines were the best we had all day, and she even recommended some additional stops in Geneva before dinner. If you want to elevate your wine tasting tour add Trestle Thirty One as a stop.”
“Immaculate vibes + world-class wine = a must-visit! Trestle Thirty One is hands down one of the most unforgettable winery experiences I’ve had. The vibes are immaculate—elegant yet inviting, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes you want to stay all day. And the wine? Absolutely incredible. Every glass is crafted with intention and depth, you can truly taste the passion behind it. Nova, the owner and winemaker, is not only incredibly talented but also inspiring—she’s the first female winemaker in the U.S. to become a Master of Wine, which is no small feat! Her expertise and love for the craft shine through in every pour.”
“This place was on my bucket list for summer activities and I finally visited yesterday. The tasting lounge space is incredibly comfortable. They have some different setups depending on what the customer's preferences are, and the tasting options are fairly varied for a small location. My friend and I got the cheese and wine tasting option and were incredibly satisfied. The plate they presented us with was gorgeous and everything tasted wonderful. The wines are on the dryer side, but we were especially impressed by the 2020 Chardonnay, which was different from any other Finger Lakes Chardonnay that we have tried. The hosts were informative and friendly and willing to chat with us about all of the different ways that they make wine. It was incredibly fascinating to hear about how climate and weather, and methodology affects the flavor. They were also very willing to accommodate our requests to stay a little bit longer and try some of their library collection, which was a great study in comparing different years of wine and different flavors and how it all comes together. Really enjoyed our time here.”
