Trigo offers a unique international multi-course tasting experience, with menus that change twice per year (March - August and August - December). We close for dine-in service during January and February while we travel, learn, and gather inspiration for what comes next. Our Take-Away menu, however, remains available year-round. Our 2026 tasting experience begins with the cuisine of Taiwan, celebrating its bold flavours, refined techniques, and vibrant food culture. The Taiwanese Tasting Menu will be served every Friday and Saturday evening from March 20 to August 1, 2026. Our second 2026 tasting menu will be announced soon. In addition to our dine-in experience, we offer a Take-Away menu available 7 days a week, which can be ordered online at any time or added as a take-home option when dining with us.
