Twisted Fire is a casual dining restaurant featuring creative wood-fired dishes, crafted drinks, and cozy industrial design.
“We're semi-regulars at Twisted Fire because it is wonderful. There's a lot of variety in their food, they have great cocktails and the service is exceptional every time. So grateful to have a place like this in the community and highly recommend!”
“The venue was really nice. Plenty of seating and different areas like regular dining room, bar, and kitchen views to choose when making a reservation. Our booth had charger ports, which is nice for phone junkies. We made a reservation and were promptly seated and greeted. They had special seasonal menu items and then a wide range of everyday options. The braised short rib mac was excellent, it had a white cheddar cheese sauce.”
“This was a great experience! Me and my family went in not knowing what to expect, but it was amazing. The service was GREAT. The manager came out and apologized for a 3 minute wait - like what? Our waiter went above and beyond with his care, and even gave us a free dessert because the food took a little long. The food… do I even need to explain? AMAZING. Order the truffle fries, and the pizza will NOT disappoint. Shirlie temple was great, and the cheese curds were amazing. The wings were good as well.”
“Came with a group of three to try some great menu items! We were sat at a table in the middle of the dining area with constant hits of cold air from the front door, which made me want to wrap things up quicker than intended. Patrons should not have to wear their winter coats inside throughout dinner. I ordered a seasonal cocktail (Jingle Bell Bourbon) that tasted mostly of simple syrup- if someone said it was a kiddie cocktail I would have believed them. Our food was very good, though! We had the Rack of Lamb, Steak and Fries, and Shrimp alla Caponata. The lamb was by far the best and highly recommended, 5/5. The steak and fries were done nicely. The shrimp alla caponata had great potential with nice polenta cakes and beautifully cooked shrimp, but was swimming in an almost sickly sweet tomato sauce that tasted like it was dumped in from a jar. Service was great, attentive and welcoming! Overall I was a bit disappointed, but it's still worth a visit to try their more signature Italian inspired dishes.”
“This place was quite underwhelming. The food was fine but not particularly flavorful; the only item that stood out was the souvlaki pork skewers, which were decent. The ambience feels more like a rowdy diner than an upscale Mediterranean restaurant and doesn’t align with the menu prices, though that may be typical for the so-called Lake Country area. Overall, it comes across as a heavily overpriced, maybe slightly elevated version of the fast-casual chain Cava.”
