“Amazing food, amazing service, amazing location. I came here alone for dinner while my friends were out having fun with Mexican women. And I have to say, it was worth it. The food was fabulous. I had the best tuna of my life here. The sauce and sides went together perfectly, and paired with the warm tortilla, it was simply a delight. 10/10 The Flan was great also, but nothing special. Next time I’m in Mexico, I’ll be back here.”

“We were visiting for a week in late November and took my mom there for her 81st birthday. While she has dietary restrictions which prevent her from enjoying the spicy foods of her younger years she really enjoyed the meal. The rest of us did not miss out because we also ordered dishes that brought the heat and when able, the restaurant kindly served the sauces on the side. The crudo, tostada, the grilled shrimp and grilled fish were all so good. A highlight was the flan, which made my mom very happy. Would recommend and hope to go back when we are back in town.”

“Ultramarinos is one of the most expensive seafood restaurants in Mexico. There are touches of luxury throughout the experience, but in my opinion, it’s not entirely worth it. The service is good, and the seafood quality is among the best in the city. However, there are a few dishes and details that feel disproportionate for the price. For example, I ordered a St-Germain cocktail and it was served in a small glass rather than proper drinkware. I also had a carajillo that wasn’t served on the rocks and came in an unexpected glass, which took away from the overall experience. Overall, the restaurant stands out for the freshness and quality of its ingredients, but the pricing feels excessive for what you get.”

“Lovely place for lunch, with a fantastic crudo selection. The well-known crab burger, however, was a disappointment for me: over-fried, and the strongly flavored salad inside masked the delicate taste of the seafood.”
