“Been around for a while for a reason. Top notch food , service , and atmosphere. Authentic and unpretentious. $30 burger and drink special on Sundays are the move!”
“Webster’s is hands down my favorite restaurant and wine bar in the city. I’ve been coming here for years, maybe 6-7 years now, and have not once been disappointed. It’s our favorite place to take friends and family from out of town, every time they’re in the area. It’s my favorite recommendation for anyone looking for a nice meal or curious about wine. The staff is always so knowledgeable and guides you to the perfect wine selection. In addition, their wine selection is funky and unique, ensuring that each visit is a fun new experience. The food is also incredible! The cheese and charcuterie is my favorite snacking item and I always default to the burger if I’m hungrier. Their menu changes seasonally so there’s always a fresh new item each time I visit.”
“I have been here a handful of times now and am impressed by the consistency of the quality of the food, wine, and hospitable service. The prices on the wines are a phenomenal deal considering the quality you receive and lack of availability of them in local stores/other nearby restaurants. And the employees make you feel as if you are being welcomed into their home. If you are looking for great wine, just as great bites, and feel-at-home hosting, don’t leave this wine bar unchecked on your list for too much longer!”
“Burger and wine by the Glass for $21! Burger and Old fashioned cocktail for $21. We went to Webster Wine bar because it made the top 15 Chicago burger list. We were not disappointed! On Wednesdays there is a special for the burger and any drink for $21. What a deal! Our burgers came out quick and were delicious. They used Slagel Farm’s beef, and SHARP cheddar cheese instead of American. I love cheddar over American cheese any day. First time to Logan square and it was charming with the wide boulevards. Wine bar looks over the park and is very sophisticated. The wine list was impressive. Classy little place! Great for date night.”
“Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Only had wine which for 15 bucks a glass was massively disappointing. Glass of Spanish wine: very acidic, no body. Tasted like 2€ table wine. Glass of American, Pinot and other varieties: average. Will not return. Shame.”
