“Tried Anh & Chi on Main St in Vancouver. Really liked their chicken wings and beef noodle soup. Fish sauce Wings had nice flavour to it with a little bit of heat. Has a vinegar dipping sauce that adds a bit of dimension to it. Beef noodle soup had really tender meat compared to local pho places I’ve tried. Broth has nice clean slightly sweet flavour to it as well. Noodles were nice with some chewiness , which I liked. Service was a bit slow on a Monday but still friendly. Would come back again to try other dishes on the menu.”

“It was my first time at Ahn and Chi. I’d say they prepare some delicious authentic tasting Vietnamese food. We ordered their crispy pork and veggie spring rolls, bun rieu, and their banana cake for dessert. The lettuce and mint were a nice touch to balance the fried rolls. The bun rieu was an instant favourite for us. It had a very nice umami from the crab and shrimp paste. The tomato sweetness and acidity balanced the soup very well. All of the other meat and toppings were delicious too. We also ordered their lager and white poodle cocktail. Both very good drinks. The service was also great. On a week day night, we didn’t have to wait for a table. The servers visited often and the food came quickly. I highly recommend if you’re in the area”

“What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Osha, our server. My husband has multiple food allergies, and Osha went above and beyond — proactively checking with the kitchen to ensure every dish could be safely prepared for him. That level of attentiveness and genuine care made a real difference and allowed us to enjoy the meal without worry. The food itself was excellent, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the overall dining experience was just as impressive as the meal on the plate. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers on all fronts — great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend Anh and Chi, especially if you have dietary restrictions. “This place is actually nice for what it is. Food is really tasty, atmosphere is good , service is good, different type of food. I had a cocktail there was so nice too. We shared all the meals together and was a really nice experience. We went week night no wait. Parking you have to spend some time to find. Chicken fried rice was so good too. We also ordered one of those shareable big plates with sausage, beef and chicken. All was great sausage was meh , the rest was great very cool experience with the noodle and wrap. Def will go back there. The food we got is in the photo and will def get them again”

“Fantastic spot for authentic Vietnamese food! The dishes feel soulful and vibrant rather than just typical "fusion." The portions are huge, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. The salads are amazing: especially the green mango one, which is perfectly sour and refreshing. Great value for the price, we could barely finish everything and left feeling full and happy. The staff are also very handsome and professional!”
