Founded by passionate fermenter Tony Fry—who has been brewing beer, wine, and mead since 2001—we blend time-honored traditions with the bold spirit of Arkansas. Our lineup features a variety of distinctive styles, from our signature Traditional dry mead at 16% ABV (fermented completely dry with no residual sugars) to adventurous collaborations like Hawg's Blood—a vibrant 12% red melomel inspired by Viking traditions, crafted with Arkansas native red Muscadine grapes, tart cherries, and a hint of ginger. Even if you’re unfamiliar with mead, you’ll have a great time learning about it, and they offer so many varieties that you’ll surely find your favorite. Tastings are accompanied by great charcuterie nibbles, and the folks there are super-nice. A really great way to spend a weekend afternoon if you’re ready for something different.”

“This mead tasting was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The tasting room itself is stunning—set in a beautifully restored vintage barn that creates the perfect warm, rustic atmosphere. We sampled twelve different meads, each served as a generous one-ounce pour, and every one had its own unique character. Alongside the tasting was an impressive charcuterie spread with a wide variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables to enjoy throughout the experience. What truly set this apart was the personal touch. The owner gave us a tour of the meadery and walked us through the process of how the mead is made, including details about ingredients, fermentation, and which varieties are aged in barrels. As we tasted each mead, he explained its flavor profile, the ingredients used, and how it was crafted, which made the tasting both educational and engaging. The experience lasted about 90 minutes and was an incredible value for the price. Thoughtful, informative, relaxed, and delicious—this was truly a five-star experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something unique and memorable.”
