“This was my mom second Time being here and me and my sister’s first time. Elisa Took very good care of us and she was amazing! She continuously came to the table to make sure we were OK, but it wasn’t just Elisa, any server that passed our table always made sure that everything was fine. They had great music playing and atmosphere was nice! Food was great. Drinks was great.”

“We had such a lovely dining experience at Cherokee Rose. Our party of eight; four adults and four children arrived after being turned away from another restaurant that was closing early, and we couldn’t be happier that we ended up here. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing, truly 5-stars quality across the board. The smoked filet was phenomenal, and the craft cocktails, white sangria, and wine selection were all excellent. Even though there wasn’t a children’s menu, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our kids were taken care of. The chef even prepared special dishes just for them, which we truly appreciated. I can’t say enough about how thoughtful and accommodating the entire team was. Our waitress, Liz, was such a professional she helped us navigate the drink menu and made suggestions and brought surprises and samples based on our likes. We will be returning!”

“This was my first time dining at Cherokee Rose and I must say I was very pleased. My family treated me to an early birthday dinner. We ordered the calamari, trout, short rib, and shrimp & scallop pasta. The food was delicious! The drinks were very good. Our server Ann was very attentive and friendly. Thank you Ann! She offered recommendations on food and drinks. The atmosphere is relaxed. They had live music which created a nice vibe. Before we left, a young man by the name of Daniel offered to take our picture for us outside the restaurant in the cold. He didn't even have a jacket. Lol! Thank you Daniel! I highly recommend this restaurant. I will be back. Thank you for a great evening!”

“My favorite place in all of Georgia. We recently discovered it and we’ve been a total of three times in about a month. Once for breakfast and twice for dinner. The smoked fried chicken is out of this world. My girl loved her salmon. The Mac and cheese is unbelievably creamy and cheesy. The real treat was the ribeye steak I ordered the last time I went. Cherokee Rose puts many dedicated steakhouses to shame. The balsamic drizzle and the smoked flavor was perfect, and every bit of fat was exploding with flavor and melted in my mouth. I can cook a mean steak, but this was out of this world. Also!!! The bar is fantastic. The winter specials were amazing, and the normal drink menu too. I kept trying different drinks and they were all equally as unique and delicious. The service is also fantastic. Both evenings we went there was live music. This place DOES NOT MISS! If you haven’t been, you should really treat yourself and go check this place out.”

“I love visiting Cherokee Rose, so when the opportunity arose to host my retired teacher group, I jumped at the chance to bring a large group of first- timers to one of my favorite places! I made it reservations about a month ahead and prepared for an awesome luncheon! Unfortunately on this day, they were experiencing some mechanical issues in the kitchen with the fryer, so a few menu items were not available... bummer- no calamari!! In addition, there were too few servers for the unusually large groups that were present for lunch that day... don't know if they also made reservations. Or server, JC, was great but he was overwhelmed! Nevertheless, my colleagues were very impressed with the place, the atmosphere, and all declared that what they ordered was delicious! Yeah! I think most, if not all of them, will be back... especially since I mentioned the live music on the weekends! I'm a glad that the circumstances did not result in a negative experience and that a good time was still had by all, despite the challenges! --OCHS Retirees Luncheon”
