“I’ve been to Joey D’s Oak Room several times, but this Mother’s Day visit really stood out. Even with how busy it was, the staff handled everything smoothly and the service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive and the restaurant still felt organized and not chaotic. I ordered the Beef Rib Fettuccine. It wasn’t what I expected since it’s an oil-based pasta with ancho chile and Romano cheese rather than a creamy sauce, but it was still flavorful and enjoyable. I also tried the bread pudding for the first time and it was absolutely delicious definitely something I would recommend. Parking was a bit tight due to the holiday, but additional parking was available nearby. Overall, great service and consistently good food.”

“This place is five star all the way. Food is prepared by chefs, and the servers are the most professional servers around. The food was delicious. Had a bone in ribeye, which was delicious. Highly recommend taking anybody here for a special occasion.”

“Such a beautiful restaurant. The honey butter croissants are so good you won't want to share!! Everyone was very polite. I was only doing a quick online pick up, but my order was ready as soon as I was greeted at the door and taken to where orders are picked up. I can't wait to sit down and enjoy a FULL MEAL!”

“The waiter was very attentive to my table. We were early so there was less noise and people. Their broiled salmon was amazing, seasoned perfectly. The creamed spinach was as equally good.”

“This classic American steakhouse is obviously a well-known Perimeter-area spot with lively atmosphere, visually striking bar lined with hundreds of bottles, generally upscale too. It is typically energetic and busy, making it a popular choice for group dinners and social nights out. During our visit with friends, the restaurant was very crowded, and despite a 7:00 pm reservation, we were not seated until about 7:30. We spent time at the bar, which looks great but felt understaffed, with slow service and little attention. Once seated, the space was cozy and well-lit. Steaks were solid but the calamari appetizer and the fish dish were not as good. Overall, I'd say Joey D’s delivered on atmosphere and steaks, but service timing and some menu items could use improvement.”
