“As frequent customers of Bartolino's, it's always a pleasure coming back. The food is consistently great, but what really keeps us returning is the amazing service. A big shoutout to the manager Angela Gruzuska, who always makes a point to stop by our table and make sure everything is perfect. She genuinely cares about the guests and always makes us feel welcome. Avery was our server on this visit and did a fantastic job. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It's always nice to have a server who pays attention to the little details and helps make the experience even better. Thank you to Angela, Avery, and the entire team for another wonderful evening. Bartolino's continues to be one of our favorite places, and we're already looking forward to our next visit”

“Dined here yesterday for first time. Restaurant was fairly full but we were seated promptly by very courteous and helpful hostess staff. They asked if we could sit at a high-top. My wife and adult daughter have limited mobility and high-tops can be a challenge for them .. but we agreed to give it a try. After trying to comfortably get into their seats for a few minutes, we decided that the high top would not work for us. The hostess staff promptly and graciously re-seated us at a regular 4 top table. MUCH more comfortable. Restaurant is very impressive .. bordering on elegant. Our server was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Wife and daughter split the sole modiga with the cauliflower vegetable of the day. I ordered a Caesar salad with tuna steak. Food was VERY delicious. Although the menu is a little pricey, I think it is justified by the quality of the store, staff, and food. Great quiet place to celebrate special occasions. We will be back!”

“Fantastic Service !! We had a rehearsal dinner here last night and it was amazing!! The service was impeccable! The staff was amazing! The food was super fantastic!! Wow, I am so impressed! The management was super accommodating ,they placed our decorations on the tables and did a wonderful job! The event spaces are so elegant! Oh, and the price unbelievably reasonable!! If you look for a venue for a party or rehearsal dinner this place is amazing!!”

“I went to Bartolino’s Twin Oaks today for lunch—more like a late brunch—with my daughter. I had the Risotto with Italian sausage, onion, saffron, a touch of cream, and a fried egg on top. She had the Rigatoni Bolognese, made with beef, pork, tomato sauce, and a touch of cream. Both dishes were freshly prepared with the finest ingredients. What a meal. The portions were generous—too good to finish in one sitting, so I made sure to save some for later. The place looks beautiful, polished but warm, just the way an Italian restaurant should be. The service? Right on the money. I asked for two boxes, but instead of just dropping them off, our server took the dishes, boxed them perfectly, and bagged them for us. That’s service done with care, the kind that makes you feel like family. The Saracino family knows how to run a fine Italian restaurant—great food, great staff, great atmosphere. Everything about this place shows pride, tradition, and attention to detail. So go ahead—treat yourself. Just don’t tell your diet… Because at Bartolino’s, you eat like family. —Michael Scauzzo”

“We visited on a Saturday evening with another couple. We were seated on a very small room with a very low ceiling directly off the bar. The noise was indescribable. My Apple Watch noise alert for hearing kept going off and you could not have a conversation without yelling across the table. There were so many tables crammed into this small space that the service staff could not maneuver and function well. The food was good and the service was good. You know these people care and are attentive yet whomever designed this space needs to understand it was a BIG MISS. While aesthetically pleasing, it’s not very functional. The only service miss was the table help asked if we want boxes. We said yes. He took several other small plates and plopped them right on the plate with my entree. Mixed in with my food. He delivered our left overs and I promptly threw mine away when arrived home to avoid eating dirty plate chicken modiga.”
