“Exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere and overall vibe was absolutely perfect — elegant, beautiful, and comfortable all at once. The temperature, lighting, and setting were done perfectly and really created a true fine dining experience. Our waiter was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the dishes, attentive, and consistently checked in on us throughout the night to make sure everything was going well. The busser also did an amazing job keeping the table clear, moving things out of the way, and making sure our waters stayed filled without us ever having to ask. The service overall was truly on point the entire evening. The food was 10/10 and you can absolutely taste the quality in every dish. This is high quality fine dining and completely worth the experience. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!”

“Great experience at Salvatore’s Italian Prime Rib. I ordered the filet medium rare and really enjoyed it, and my girlfriend’s strip steak was very good as well. My buddy ordered his steak medium (questionable choice to begin with 😂), and it came out closer to well done. The staff handled it quickly and professionally, were very apologetic, and made it right with no hassle. The highlight of the night was definitely the service — big shoutout to Jeff for being attentive, friendly, and making the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back.”

“This was our second visit to this establishment. We were very happy with our experience. GEO was our server and let me tell you he was awesome. Seriously a server can make or break your experience. He was outstanding. His recommendations were spot on. We enjoyed everything. Food was great, came out hot. We ordered dessert and it was delicious. The place is beautiful and very clean. Prices are okay considering the quality, service, setting and portions. We had steak,seafood and pasta everything was perfect. The spinach bread was hands down fantastic and could be a meal in itself! Double thumbs up even though tragically the Buffalo Bills lost to Denver this night😮‍💨 We will be back”

“I wish I can give 0 stars review! I do not recommend eating at Italian Prime. This by far is the worst experience I've had at a so called "fine restaurant ". Food is way to pricey and not even that tasty or good. I made a reservation 3 weeks ago to celebrate Valentines day with my partner. We arrived 8 minutes before our reservation for 7:45pm. We waited over an hour to get just an appetizer that was not really that great. One of the forks in the table was very dirty, still had left over food stick to it. When they brought my Vermont Salad, it was dry, it barely had any dressing and it included a PLASTIC PIECE 🤮. I return it and received a new plate. At this point I am getting irritated, mind you it's already 9:30 pm and the Entree haven't arrived. When the food finally arrives 2 hours later, the steak I ordered was suppose to be medium well. I received a bloody rare steak. Of course I return it, but at this point I am very frustrated, hungry and mad. The server return it to the kitchen and brings back a well done steak inside a to go bowl. Something I definitely did not ask for. I was supposed to have a great experience and I definitely did not have it. And that is my fault, for having high expectations for a place that has so many bad reviews. And I also overheard a couple next to us that they didn't like their food either. They didn't even eat it.”

“The restaurant is beautiful because it is located inside a hotel and reservations can be made in Resy. However I do not recommend this place. 1. We arrived at 7:11pm for our 7:15pm reservation and was seated after 5 minutes of arrival. We then ordered our food after 20 minutes. At the point we would just be waiting. To our long wait, the food didn’t come out until after 9PM. So we waited over 1.5 hrs for the food. 2. Food was average for how expensive everything was. My risotto was salty, even the tomatoes were salty. I will not come back.”
