Tiny Pine Bistro is an American restaurant in the Carbondale neighborhood of Carbondale.
“Tiny Pine Bistro provided one of the most memorable dining experiences my girlfriend and I have had in recent memory. The food was elegant, comforting, and strikingly flavorful. The service was excellent, our server Theo is absolutely the man and made the entire night feel special. Chef Charles is an artist, and getting to talk with him about his meals was a highlight for us. We only hope we were able to convey how impressed we were with Tiny Pine, and how thankful we are for sharing their art with us. Will be recommending to anybody with a mouth.”
“We were lucky to get in without reservations and sat on the side deck. Stanley waited on us and was so friendly and welcoming as it was our first time. The mahi mahi was one of the specials and my husband enjoyed that when I had the vodka sauce meatballs with the delicious Brussel sprouts as a side. The presentation was a piece of art and the food was as wonderful as the presentation. We had the Krumkaker with cream and lingonberries for dessert. The cone shaped Norwegian cookie was very much like my Norwegian mother made at Christmas. Thank you for a warm welcome and a lovely dinner to remember. We’ll be back.”
“This is top two restaurant in the entire Roaring fork valley.. the food, wine, biscuits, and cocktails are all carefully thought out and executed to perfection! We had Easter dinner here and could not have been more delighted w the experience. The pricing is “local friendly” for locals.. and if the spring tiny carrots are in season.. just do it, the Easter bunny would too! Finishing the bottle of white burgundy on the exterior deck was the perfect finish to a beautiful evening!! For the record the other top two in the valley is Taco Pina in Aspen! Yummy affordable eats made by locals, for locals and friends!!”
“I'd been wanting to check out Tiny Pine for months and finally made it in last night to celebrate my birthday. I had high expectations, yet it managed to surpass them. Our waitress, Genevieve was delightful, the ambience (watching the snow fall outside as we cozily dined inside) was magical, and the food - OMG THE FOOD! 🥰 Absolutely everything we ordered was incredible. The flavor of the cauliflower app was out of this world. My steak was PERFECTLY cooked, and my husband's branzino was incredibly flavorful. The cocktails and wine were delicious as well, and we managed to snag the last slice of carrot cake for dessert, which was the perfect cherry on top to an incredible evening!! It's certainly not in our budget to come often, though the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of the food and service. We already can't wait to come back - especially to check out the tiki bar out back in the summer! Thank you for being such a gem in the valley!! 🙏🏻”
“Service on the porch was lacking. Ordered the whole meal at once. Entrées came with lengthy gaps between each person. The fries were overcooked being fully crunchy similarly to potato sticks. Otherwise, food was nice. Cocktails were average and pricey. The atmosphere was laid back and the food presentation was pleasant. Overall, average experience.”
