“This is my second time going to flight each experience was amazing! The staff and bartender were so good to talk to! The atmosphere is a whole vibe. It is definitely a hidden gem!!! Food was fresh I got Focaccia Bites French martini and Hamachi Crudo! Highly recommend it if you are in the area!”
“We had a great time here and can’t wait to return. We got the whipped ricotta appetizer, a Caesar salad, the Pig and Fig and pepperoni pizzas, and a warm cookie dessert. The appetizer was great but the “bread and cheese” nature of it is captured better with the pizzas. My wife liked the Caesar more than I did but I still thought it was good. Kind of an interesting salad that was not over-dressed and seemed to have more dry dressing components than wet. The pizzas and warm cookie dessert blew us away and were really fantastic! My wife enjoyed her rosé flight and glass of champagne. The atmosphere was also great and we found the place to be relaxing and social. Kind of has “Haunted Mansion” vibes from MGM Studios but in a good way. Pictures on the wall from around the world were great to look at. What made the night the most memorable was the service. We went for my wife’s birthday and they were very accommodating with me bringing flowers beforehand and making sure we were taken care of. All of the staff were friendly, our server was warm, gave explanations when needed, and overall felt like we could’ve asked her to sit down for a drink!”
“Ordered Rosemary New York sour, dirty martini and a blackened manhattan. All the drinks were very well made by Zac and team. Prosciutto wrapped dates were really good too. We got bar seats and the service was excellent. Overall vibe was great and the bathrooms were very clean. We could see the pizzas being made and it smelled great in there. Will definitely try their pizza next time.”
“Went to flight and really enjoyed the overall experience. It was a rainy evening which messed up their seating so we were sat at the bar and moved to a table 30 minutes after our reservation, but we were able to order apps and drinks at the bar. As an app we ordered the fried artichokes and really enjoyed them, I do wish there were a few more peppers as they paired nicely with the dish. We were recommended the smokehouse pizza and really enjoyed it.”
“We had the fig and pig and salsiccia pizzas, focaccia, and various martinis. Their dirty, espresso, and lemon drop martinis are fantastic. Service was a bit slow for 5pm, and the prices are a bit high, but comparable for CLT. Overall, it was a really nice experience.”
