“Loved the food. Thank you! Didn't expect the surprise bill after the overly priced menu items already. I understand that others in the reviews raised this concern and you tried to justify your standards and billing policies. The service is not 5 star. The seating is just okay but one of the guest had too much heat right under the seat and we had to change to another table. Even the best of the best 5 star hotels I stay and spend the holiday rarely charge a max of 18% gratituty. Next time have the server mention gratituty beforehand for every guest you get, put a line in the menu item under every page clearly that you charge 20% gratituty. And of course continue to expect negative reviews for the gratituty you are charging after the high prices you set.”

“We reserved a table for three to celebrate my wife's birthday. This is something I had mentioned in the reservation. This place promotes itself as a high end restaurant, therefore I would mention the following opportunities- 1. Help customer celebrate special occasions. 2. Clean or take out the dirty carpet from the stairs. 3. Have a designated space for coats and jackets. 4. Keep paper towels in the restroom. 5. Do not charge 20% tip in advance. Give customer the discretion to tip based on service. Overall, it was an average experience at a premium price.”

“The ambiance was nice and the staff was very polite and attentive. Service was good, and I appreciated the discount offered on one dish that was not up to the mark. However, the food was seriously disappointing—both in taste and quantity. The water jug had dried water stains, which was completely unacceptable. For the price, I expected much better quality.”
