The Park Grill

“Came in for lunch, the Park grill has a nice cabin-like feel. I wouldn't say my food was out of this world or anything, but was good. I actually really enjoyed this meal, being out of the heat and just hanging out with my family. The salad bar was a nice change from the greasy food that I was eating everywhere else.”

“The absolute Best! Everything from the Service to the Salad Bar and Entrees was the absolute best! Never experienced a place like this before! Even the music was perfect for my generation. It made me want to sing and dance the whole time! Lol...I will come here every time I come to the Smokies from now on! It was so worth every penny! Do yourself a favor and come experience this place for yourself! Everyone was so pleasant and on point! Thank you for the perfect dining experience!”

“Party of five dined during Christmas and the service was fast and waiters were friendly. The restaurant was full of awesome decor that carried the black bear theme. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable.”

“Easy to make a reservation and we were seated right away. The salad bar was nice with plenty of protein options. Service was good and the food came out quickly. However, the overall entrée prices felt a bit high, even considering the salad bar. The side menu selection could also be improved—there really wasn’t much for me to choose from. Parking is free for guests, and the location is convenient.”

“Ordered a 45 dollar medium ribeye got a very well done piece of leather.. salad bar is amazing but that was one expensive salad when I really just wanted a good steak from supposedly the 2nd best steakhouse in town. Wasn't trying to cause a scene but when the waitress asked how it was I told her it was awful and nobody ever came out to speak with us. And no discounts were provided. Granted I didn't ask for one but at a pricey place I expected better customer service and much better food.”
