“We went to Kefi with a large group (10) and had a great experience. It’s rare to find an upscale Mediterranean restaurant in East Tennessee, and Kefi offers a unique Greek-Lebanese fusion concept that really stands out. Despite the size of our party, the service was spectacular and quick. Our server took the time to explain the menu, answer questions, and make sure everyone’s dietary restrictions and preferences were accommodated. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was their mocktail selection. I decided to order the mocktail flight, and every drink was unique, well-crafted, and delicious. Honestly, they were some of the best mocktails I’ve had in a long time. We ordered a variety of mezze (small plates) to share, and every dish was excellent. The fried kibbeh and feta hushpuppies were the clear standouts for me and were easily some of my favorite bites of the night. For my entrée, I ordered the buttered lobster pasta. It was good and well-prepared, but if I’m being honest, it wasn’t particularly memorable compared to some of the other dishes we tried. That said, everyone else at the table seemed very happy with their main courses. I also noticed the tahini cheesecake on the menu and knew I had to try it. I ordered one to go and was pleasantly surprised. It’s essentially a rich combination of halawa (halva), creamy cheesecake, and a chocolate drizzle. The dessert is dense and indulgent, but packed with flavor. Whether you’re already a fan of halva or have never tried it before, I highly recommend giving this unique dessert a chance. Overall, everyone in our group had a wonderful time. The service was outstanding, the mezze selections were excellent, and the desserts were a highlight. Kefi is a great addition to the East Tennessee dining scene, and I would gladly return to explore more of the menu.”

“This restaurant is absolutely amazing and did NOT disappoint in even the slightest way. We ordered the meatballs and shrimp small plates to start and the short rib pasta and lamb chops for the main. ALL of it was cooked to perfection. This will definitely be our new go to for romantic date night. The service was prompt and courteous and the manager was on top of every detail. We loved the entire experience.”

“We went for an early dinner and sat at the bar. We had never been but had a wonderful time. The bartenders were very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. We will for sure be back.”

“First time to visit. The food was very good, the bone in pork lollipops were delicious. The potatoes were delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Our wait staff was not particularly friendly and we felt (although we honestly don't know why) that she was not happy to serve us and a bit standoffish and blunt. The drinks are all pre batched, which is not desirable to me. The wine I choose was solid. I would go back to try again and see if the service was any better.”

“Wonderful Greek/Mediterranean restaurant in the"old city" of Knoxville. Bartender was t top notch, my Espresso Martinis were perfect. Lamb chops we're cooked just right,, t tender and pink in the middle. Of the group of 6 everyone was satisfied with entrees and variety of appetizers ordered.”
