“++ Great service: the waitress was super nice and attentive as we were celebrating our Mom’s birthday (bummed out that I forgot her name to give her a shoutout on here too). ++ Good food: we got the Birria Quesadilla to share, I got the Macadamia-Crusted Mahi Mahi for my meal and Kiwi Colada Mocktail for my drink; all the items were delicious, the temperature and flavors were good and the kitchen was accommodating of dietary restrictions. For dessert we got a passion fruit Individual Crème Brûlée (seasonal flavor) to share at the restaurant (not pictured) and a few GF (gluten-free) lemon flavored cupcakes to go. ++ Good atmosphere: it can get loud in the restaurant but we went on a Thursday afternoon around 3/4pm so it wasn’t too bad. I recommend MJK Eagan and I’ll visit again.”

“I had an amazing experience at Mason Jar Kitchen and Bar! From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. The food was just as impressive. Every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation. It’s not often you find a place that nails both incredible service and outstanding food, but Mason Jar does it effortlessly. “What a gem to have nearby! A great quality of this place is that because it’s not loud, you can comfortably talk to other people on the table. Some restaurants nowadays have become unappealing exactly because we have to shout to be heard. They have artisan local beers and tonight we tried the Tupelo Honey Brown Ale from Bald Man. It was a very good one! The chicken wild rice soup hit the perfect spot on a cold evening. It’s so yummy! We also ordered Cesar salad with grilled shrimp and the sliders. Both also delicious. A bonus of this restaurant is that attached to it is the Sebastian Joe’s counter and another with desserts like creme brûlée and macarons. Our server, JJ, was sweet and attentive. We will be back!”

“Breakfast on a Saturday morning. The space is really nice inside with plenty of seating. Eggs beneditct was ok, eggs cooked perfect though hollandaise sauce had a bit of a tang to it, super lemony, it was all you cohld taste, not our favorite. Steak and eggs was good as was the biscuits and gravy. Not the biggest portions around but you can tell they use really good quality ingredients. Service was good and there is plenty of parking.”
