“K Social is the ultimate vibe!! You’ll meet real locals and they are the sweetest. The owner/management , the security , bartenders and bottle girls were so nice. The DJ and MC did their thing. I’ll def be back soon. I worked an event here and they were so accommodating. Every patron felt respected.”

“Definitely a vibe, we came Wednesday and bought a bottle and we enjoyed ourselves so I came back on Thursday and the RnB was vibe was amazing along with the oysters. The owner was very down to earth along with the manager Kay and the bartender Lolli…yall gotta come support them.”

“A really nice spot. Didn't feel like i was in Gretna at all. The vibes on a Thursday was litt. Now our server was super sweet, but they move really slow. They definitely need more servers. The food options wasn't much for that night. They had $1 wings (but can only order 6) fries was $5 and $2 oysters had run out by 8:00. Drinks were nice, wasn't too juicy but also wasn't strong.”

“We visited K Social after Mardi Gras around 10:00 PM expecting good food and a great atmosphere to close out the night. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. We ordered lamb chops through the bartender, Tee. After waiting nearly two hours, we discovered our food was never put in. Instead of taking accountability, she deflected responsibility and showed little concern for the inconvenience. After hours of drinking and celebrating, food isn’t optional — it’s necessary. The lack of urgency or empathy was alarming. When we asked to speak with a manager, two different individuals approached us, both rude and completely unempathetic. There was no attempt to resolve the situation beyond offering a refund. No apology with sincerity. No effort to make it right. Just poor attitudes and dismissiveness. Kindness and communication go a long way in hospitality. Mistakes happen — but accountability and customer care matter more. The way this situation was handled speaks volumes about the establishment’s standards. I truly hope management re-evaluates customer service practices, because no one should wait two hours for food that was never even ordered, only to be met with hostility when asking for answers. If I could give this establishment ZERO stars, I would, DO NOT attend expecting good service or kind people. Good luck!”

“Great Vibe…. But very unprepared for the crowd it advertised for today. They have stopped taking food orders because the kitchen is backed up… When people come to drink they also need to eat while drinking, if you advertise that you have food. I can understand them running out of Oysters but to stop serving food is unacceptable!!! It isn’t overly crowded in here either. I always try to support Black Owned Businesses but this is very disappointing!!!”
