“we LOVED the dining experience here 🥹💗 went for my birthday dinner and genuinely enjoyed every single part of it. especially the sardine dish, fire squid, pork sausage, and the trout were SOOO delicious. the way they play with ingredients and combinations to build that deep umami flavor was honestly amazing. i really didn’t expect this level of food quality from a restaurant in Chinatown, but this became one of my favorite spots immediately. my boyfriend and i were literally amazed by every bite and already planning to come back for another date night 🫶”
“Delicious menu and great list of cocktails and wines. We celebrated our anniversary with Bridges and they made our day special. The atmosphere at the bar was fab and great for people-watching if you sit near the windows”
“Bridges exceeded my expectations I was expecting like really good but nothing too crazy, but it was actually quite unique. I definitely had flavors that I haven't had before here. It's also a lot bigger than I was expecting which is cool the seats are very spaced out and it was elegant. Simple interior really good lighting which for some reason it's kind of hard to come by in New York. I really appreciated that about this place. I recommend going, get whatever calls to you I bet it will be good My favorites were the scallops, the Uni custard but mostly because the shrimp tartar on top is so crazy tasting and texture, the lobster bisque, and the chicken. I got the hazelnut tart because it's their special dessert, I never usually like hazelnuts that much and this was extremely hazelnutty and so I did not enjoy it so if you're on the fence because you don't like hazelnuts I would say do not get it because the hazelnut flavor is not mild whatsoever it is certainly the star of the show.”
“Was curious to try a couple of the dishes that were atypical. So got the tuna with dates, comte tart, seaweed rockfish, and the hazelnut and quince tart. The best dish of the night was the tuna with dates. It was just sweet enough from the dates (and I dont even like dates). The rockfish was really good but for the price of $40 it was a very small entree. Both tarts weren’t my thing. The hazelnut tart texture wasn’t for me. Main takeaway leaving the restaurant, I wish the portions for the price were bigger.”
“Food was quite good — tuna and dates, comte tarte were the stars of the show! The trout and stone fruit salad were also very delicious. The service was very disappointing. The hostess, waitress, and somm were all abrasive. My friends and I have never dined at a Michelin star restaurant with such staff. The space was overall beautiful. Given my overall experience, I would not come back to this restaurant again.”
