They’ve been around since the 90s and honestly, it shows. It was a breath of fresh air to come here and not eat the exact same pieces of fish you get at the majority of omakase spots in NYC. Highlights include saltwater eel, mackerel (both kinds), firefly squid and more. Even the toro tastes superior to most other places.”
