“Its rare you find a true gem with a true 4.8 star on google. Vedge truly deserves this rating! On top of that its fully vegetarian and michelin restaurant! Food was superb. Portions are fair (but expect small) i had 4 drinks, an appetizer, two mains, and dessert and i was full the rest of the night. Cost was $150 before tip which i think was fair. I had the fondue pretzel was good. The carrot 🥕 dish really was the star of the meal. Eggplant dish was flavorful and good portion! Drinks were fantastic! Very helpful and chill employees creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. I did not have reservation but they had accomodations and were pretty busy. Highly recommend!”

“Finally made it here after all these years. Mushroom carpaccio is a must. In one word, exquisite. Didn't get a photo because we dove right in. Also forgot a photo of the eggplant braciole (delicious!) and the rutabaga fondue of which the fondue sauce was okay but the side of dipping veggies and pickled veggies were a delight. They left off the pretzels because we are gluten free. The peas porridge, pictured below was beautifully plated, fresh, herbaceous but could've used a touch more salt to my taste. I also managed a photo (after the second bite) of the campfire carrot which was right up there with the eggplant. Had the cheesecake of which I didn't eat the crust (being gluten free) but it was plated with a spoonful of tangerine ice cream and that was my favorite part of the dessert. I'm looking forward to returning and trying different dishes but will definitely do a repeat on the carpaccio and tangerine ice cream by itself if available. Our waitress, Julie, gave us 5 star service, helped us navigate the menu, gave great suggestions and surprised us with a serving of chocolate ice cream or sorbet (I forget exactly what it was) because it was our 27th anniversary, and it was also delicious.”

“Vedge is hands down the plant-based champ of the Philly restaurant scene. It’s a long standing staple of Philadelphia & for good reason: it’s a potent one-two combo of creative & delectable vegan dishes AND an ambiance/serving style that is as alluring & inviting. Ideal for date nights, anniversaries & birthdays. My last excursion to Vedge was for my partner’s birthday & we did a fixed menu which was absolutely stellar - the pictures attached to this review will serve a thousand words. The appetizers to the entrees & desert were a 10 out of 10 - amongst the best dining experience I’ve had in vegan restaurants globally (I’ve eaten at hundreds of strictly vegan restaurants in 3 different continents throughout dozens of cities around the globe). “Vedge is truly exceptional. The food was amazing from start to finish. Every dish felt thoughtful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. It was one of those meals that leaves you completely satisfied without feeling heavy. The flavors were vibrant and balanced, and each plate felt creative yet comforting at the same time. The drinks were excellent as well. Creative, well crafted, and a perfect complement to the food. What really elevated the experience was the service. It was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever feeling intrusive. The staff clearly care about what they’re serving and about making sure guests have a memorable experience. An incredible meal all around. I can’t wait to go back.”
