Lillian is a Raw Bar restaurant in the Richmond neighborhood of Richmond.
“Lilian is simply amazing. so much depth in flavors. Lilian is an absolute gem. The flavors are incredibly rich, from the crudo to the oysters and caviar. The wine selection is top-notch, and the service is Michelin-star quality. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back, making it a great place to unwind, have a casual date, take some cool pictures of the bar and food!”
“I came here with a colleague on Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM for dinner. I had a reservation and when I arrived, they asked if I wanted to sit inside or outside I chose outside because the weather was amazing and the outdoor chairs were the only ones that had a back to them. We had a great server. It was unfortunate We had an obnoxious table next to us that was loud. We ordered the bread with butter, the crab dip, softshell crab, the tostadas, Tres Leche cake, and a banana pudding sundae. Everything was delicious and I would recommend everything. They even comped our dessert because there was a big party that was going to sit outside and they asked us to move inside. This was by far my favorite restaurant from the handful of places, I tried when I came to visit.”
“This place is actually unbelievable. I walked in expecting it to be a typical Richmond overhyped restaurant—overpriced and kinda mid—but Lilian is truly special. The food is so unique and delicious (I HATE paying a lot for food and am typically the last to say this, but it was worth the price), the staff treat you like absolute royalty, the drinks are so creative and tasty, and the atmosphere is perfect. My partner and I got: -Colada Alpina to drink (phenomenal! and I am typically scared of tequila lol) -Blood Moon on tap (delightful orange flavor) -Crab Dip (oh my god I could get five servings of this it is so delicious) -Ceviche Jipijapa (so light and delicious, the tuna almost melts in your mouth, the flavor is something I’ve never tasted) -1/2 dozen oysters—Honeydrop and Moondance (perfect and well-shucked) -Tres Leches Cake (I hate milk normally but wow) You may think this will be overpriced and not so good, but if it is feasible, save up the money and go! This place is fantastic!”
“Friend and I had a girl's night at the Lillian last night. We enjoyed the Ceviche Jipijapa and a caviar slider to start. This was my first time having caviar and it was delicious with the creme fraiche it came with. The ceviche was a flavor combo that I would never have thought of, and it was wonderful...we ate every bite. I had the Ecuadorian inspired seafood rice and the Honey Roasted a duck legs. When I tell you those duck legs were juicy and cooked to perfection, and the attention to detail, the little leaves of cabbage had hints of clove and cinnamon. The Seafood rice had a touch of heat to accentuate the complex flavor profile of the meats and seasonings. The service was engaging and prompt and the atmosphere was warm/relaxing. Definitely suggest this place for a great meal and experience. Will be coming here again!”
“Wow!!!!! My husband and I came here for a random date night. We had the cavier sliders (AMAZING), half a dozen of oysters, seafood rice and the tostada. All I have to say is WOWWWOW!!!! One of our new favorite places in Richmond, great vibes and amazing food. We can’t stop talking about how great the seafood rice and tostada were. Coming back!”
