“We had a wonderful meal at Wood Ear. Really liked the cabbage salad and mushroom ramen. Drinks have a kick especially the Spicy Moscow Mule!”

“This place is 5 stars from start to finish. Walking in, the atmosphere and vibes are immaculate with a really cool interior and two bars both with different but fun settings. The service was great, despite our server having 2 large parties the whole time we were there. However, the food is by far the best part. Not one bad thing was ordered. The edamame was the tastiest I’ve ever had, such a delicious sauce on there with a little kick. The fried chicken rice was unique and flavorful and moist. The brisket ramen dish was incredible and full of flavor with the broth being one of the best parts. Finally, the key lime pie with berry compote was perfection. 10/10 wish I could eat this every day. No notes”

“After a recent trip to Texas, Texas/Asian fusion is one of my favorite cuisines and I was impressed to find this spot in Telluride. My husband and I shared: - Grilled Brisket Nigiri - Buttermilk Chicken Rice Bowl - Pork on Pork Ramen - Raw Berry Bar All of the savory items were fantastic. The nigiri and rice bowl were my favorites. The chicken was so crispy and I loved the sauce. The ramen was also very good. I loved the BBQ twist on it. I personally didn't love the raw berry bar. I was hoping for more passion fruit flavor, but it wasn't as flavorful as passion fruit typically is. My only complaint is that the service was very bad. We were the only ones there and the waiter was ignoring us watching TV. If I'm in Telluride for dinner again, I would absolutely come back here.”

“We had a great experience dining here. We didn’t have reservations so we sat upstairs in the first-come-first-serve section. They have an extensive cocktail menu. We ordered the Brussels sprouts then the brisket and pork belly rice plates. Both were delicious. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Beautiful atmosphere and incredible food! The Buffalo cauliflower was amazing and everyone loved their ramens. The service was also great. The entire upstairs was full and one person was managing it all with ease. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you are in the area!”
