1310 Kitchen & Bar is a neighborhood restaurant located in the heart of Georgetown. Chef Jenn Crovato combines a fresh seasonal selection of comforting American cuisine with healthy Mediterranean influences. The restaurant's design evokes a bright casual elegance of the quintessential American restaurant with cozy booths and retro glass dividers to give a cool vibe. Our breakfast menu is available daily until 2pm for those who love breakfast but not early mornings. We also offer lunch seven days a week, brunch Saturday & Sunday, and dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights in addition to our spacious cocktail bar and large windows facing Wisconsin Avenue.
“Found 1310 Restaurant completely by accident after my nail appointment today and I’m still thinking about it. First — this is inside the Georgetown Inn on Wisconsin, but don’t let “hotel restaurant” fool you. The space is bright, open, modern, and just feels good the second you walk in. My dining partner and I slid right into seats at the bar and were greeted immediately by a bartender who absolutely nailed the whole experience. Loved that they offer both the lunch and breakfast menus (breakfast until 2:30 PM, which honestly feels like a gift). We started with the fried Parmesan risotto balls and listen… crispy, golden, cheesy little clouds of happiness. That herb aïoli? Ridiculous. Perfect start. He went with the eggs Benedict and I have to mention this because the portion was no joke — huge, beautiful, and clearly made with care. I ordered the tomato soup and the kale & Brussels sprouts salad, and wow. The soup was silky, rich, and the kind you immediately want again tomorrow. The salad was fresh, bright, and loaded with pomegranates, almonds, apples — all the good stuff — tossed in a lemon vinaigrette that just worked. We shared a bottle of Fossil Chardonnay (perfectly chilled), and our glasses were never sad or empty. Attentive without being overbearing — my favorite kind of service. Dessert was Nonna’s rum cake with what tasted like legit house-made whipped cream, and they were wonderfully generous with it. My partner ordered a double espresso that smelled amazing, but I happily stayed loyal to the wine. Everything about this lunch just hit — food, service, vibe, cleanliness, all of it. Also… half-price burgers on Wednesdays and half-price bottles of wine on Thursdays? Say less. Already planning my return. Five stars without hesitation.”
“I really enjoyed my first visit here at 1310! It’s a whole cute and quaint restaurant. I couldn’t tell from the outside but it’s quite spacious inside. Cute high table window seats with a great view of the streets of Georgetown. Must visit. I’m taking my family next trip. I ordered the avocado toast and scrambled egg whites( instead of the poached egg) 😋”
“Brunch here was delicious! The shakshuka was very good and my friends said the pancakes, eggs and cinnamon rolls were also divine. This restaurant is nice - pretty spacious and very clean. Our server was excellent too! Just FYI a 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill”
“The food at 1310 Kitchen & Bar was good, but the portion sizes were definitely on the smaller side. The restaurant was incredibly crowded the day we visited—likely due to a party—and because there was no separation between the event and regular dining, it felt a bit overwhelming. For our meal, we started with the grilled cauliflower appetizer, followed by the grilled branzino for my entree and the short rib rigatoni for my husband. We ended up skipping dessert.”
“I recently visited Kitchen 1310 with my partner last Thursday after seeing that they offer half-price bottles of wine. The wine selection is quite good, and we also appreciated that they have plenty of vegetarian options. The pricing is a bit high for the portion sizes, but the food itself is absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and welcoming, although a bit slow at times. One standout was the butter served with the bread board—it was truly exceptional. We really enjoyed the overall experience—the food, wine, ambiance, and service all made for a great evening. However, we did notice at the end that the tip was calculated on the total before applying the wine discount, rather than on the discounted subtotal, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, we would definitely come back. We loved the experience overall, but we’ll be paying closer attention to how the tip is calculated next time, as it shouldn’t be applied automatically in that way.”
