“My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary there and we both got the 9 course prefixed menu. The food always actually too much but it was delicious. Fiola is one of the best meals Ive ever had. The whole dinning experience was a dream and honestly I feel like it was a simulation. This is a very expensive restaurant and truly a once in a lifetime experience if you are a poor like me. If it was at all financially feasible or responsible I would go there every day.”

“One of the best places I have ever been. The food carried a sense of surprise and deep satisfaction with every course. At some point it genuinely felt like my tongue had finally found its purpose. One thing I really appreciated was how carefully they accommodated my dietary restrictions. I am dairy-free and do not eat red meat, and the kitchen thoughtfully adjusted several dishes, especially the desserts, so I could still enjoy the full experience. There was one small moment where a server accidentally mentioned butter while describing a dish, saying something like, “Butter makes everything good.” When I reminded him about my allergy, he immediately realized the mistake and corrected himself. Importantly, the dish itself contained no dairy, and the staff handled the situation professionally. There was another small moment when a different server did not realize that pork is also considered red meat, which surprised me a bit, so I had to remind them. A lovely final touch came as I was leaving: they gave me a small cake for breakfast the next day. Unfortunately it contained dairy, but the ingredients were clearly listed, so I passed it to a friend. Even so, the gesture was incredibly thoughtful. If I had to pick a least favorite dish, it would be the tuna. My favorite part of the meal was definitely the appetizers. They gave me the same kind of joyful reaction as the famous scene in Ratatouille. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. Thank you to the team for such a memorable evening.”

“The service and atmosphere here was perfect, and most of the foods are just extremely nice. We especially love the bread and the lobster, so well baked and cooked to perfection. And the beef we ordered was so tender that it just melts in your mouth. The only thing disappoints us is the saltiness of the pasta. We ordered the seafood pasta with urchin and clams. The ingredients were so good, but the sauce is just way too salty for us to bear. It was very nice of them to give us a complimentary beef pasta with tomato sauce, but again, extremely salty, a little bit more bearable. It might just be their style and decide to be a bit heavy on pasta, but not in my favor. Other than the pasta, everything is just nice and what you would expect for a Michelin 1 star.”
