“Great food. Great drinks. Very intimate, cozy atmosphere. Michael was amazing - very welcoming and attentive. Most of the bartenders were friendly and made great suggestions. The elk drink (ingredients similar to a margarita) with a sumac rim (similar to tajin but slight different taste) was so good. It is not offered that way, but I requested it for a spicy marg vibe. The wings were yummy too.”
“This is an elevated middle eastern bar. Overall the food is delicious. They have snacks and spreads like lamba awarma, muhammara. We got both of these. The awarma is really filling and the muhammara is incredibly unique and has a good kick to it. My favorite though was the Arabic Spiced chicken wings. Could not recommend that enough. The place also serves the best NA cocktails i've had in DC. The Mint Lemonade is a nice cocktail/freeze mix. They do make their alcoholic drinks fairly strong, watch out.”
“Great place to hangout after work. Their cocktail menu is so fun and you can't go wrong with any of the choices. We got their spiced wings and fries. For such a simple dish, it's just boosting with flavor. Would definitely come back.”
“10/10 - food and service are incredible. We stopped in right as they opened at 2 on a Sunday and sat at the bar. Food came out so quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend the eggs with awarma & the Saj mana’ish w zatar + cheese! And get the labnah w zatar and sub for the pita chips!”
“Amazing drinks and music, but very busy. The green zone has a lot of classic drinks with a middle eastern twist, some of their own creation, and some from around the world. Standing room only on Friday/Saturday, the bar staff are machines and can get you served but you'll have to manage to get to the bar. Outdoor seating is available sporadically. The drinks are amazing but its hard to have a conversation here.”
