“Enjoyed the meal immensely. A classically tasteful and upscale. They executed on the whole experience. We sat at the bar but any seat would be good. Beautiful decor, wonderful ambiance, great service and delicious food. Very welcoming. Noise was limited and easy to carry a conversation. You can’t go wrong here!”

“Our new favorite restaurant in Wilmington. Took my wife there for her birthday. We loved the atmosphere. Not too big , not too small. Tall ceilings with exposed beams. They managed to make the space feel both grand and comfortable. Great seating options with bar seating overlooking the open kitchen , additional bar seating where they’re making drinks, regular tables & booths. Drinks were phenomenal. Appetizers , salad and entrees absolutely superb. Dessert also exceptional. Our server Adam was so impressive. He had a complete mastery of that menu. Honestly blown away at how incredibly knowledgeable he was about absolutely everything. Looking fwd to coming back soon.”

“Wow! Olivero came highly rated for us to try and I see why. Me and my husband dined here for our 1st wedding anniversary last night. Everything was perfect and just what we wanted. Our server, Mike, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for our date night. We made a reservation online and stated that it was our anniversary. The restaurant wrote a happy anniversary card and put it on the table for us which was super thoughtful. The food was hand down the best food I’ve ate in Wilmington. We got the beignets to start, the rigatoni and pork chop for our entrees, and the chocolate pudding with coal roasted marshmallow for dessert. Everything was incredible and flowed together. We also had the dessert flower cocktail. I was little skeptical of getting it due to not being a big fan of mezcal but wow! That drink was well balanced and had the perfect amount of Smokey flavor. I cannot wait to come back! I highly recommend this place and recommend booking a reservation online. Thank you for making our anniversary special!”

“Me and my husband went for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! The service was amazing and attention to detail was the name of the game. We shared an ahi tuna small plate which was seared and seasoned to perfection! The woodfire grilled pork chop was one of the best Ive tasted and the rigatoni was robust in flavor. Everything was perfect and presentation was wonderful. If you have not been, go to Olivero!”

“The food was incredible - everything had perfect flavor profiles and we couldn’t get over the pasta or sauce. The Brussels were a favorite too. Plenty of options to choose from. Our server at the bar was wonderful as well. The only negative we had - we made a reservation for two, months ago, but our seat was at the bar, I’ve never seen that before with a reservation and I could certainly see some folks upset about it. When you make a reservation, you expect a table or booth. But due to the food being so good, we overlooked it.”
