“Fantastic setting, excellent dinner! We're fortunate to live close so we weren't resort guests. Golf course looks amazing!”
“We are from Florida and this place was beautiful at Christmas!! We went to the Christmas buffet and it was worth it. Our server was very delightful and the service was excellent. Food was very good!! Plenty of entree's, vegetables, salad,, charcuterie board, shrimp, and a table of desserts.. Our table was by the window and we had a view of the golf course. We also met another nice couple that day from Ashville. For our first visit, we had a wonderful time.”
“A very nice resort with all the amenities you could ask for. Indoor and outdoor pools with Jacuzzi saw as inside and outside poolside, state of the art gym, locker rooms with steam rooms and saunas. There are 2 arcades for the little ones, Brassies bar with 2 billiard tables, darts and a great menu. Seating and fire pit outside with beautiful views of the North GA mountains. 4 star dining with excellent morning breakfast bar and daily dinner buffets including Friday night seafood and Saturday night Prime rib buffets. A lobby bar for a smaller crowd atmosphere. Horseback riding, axe throwing, tennis courts and a championship golf course. There is a great spa, Equani Spa, with all you could pamper yourself with and a great customer satisfaction approach with wonderful service from a great group of team oriented employees. Well maintained rooms and suites that make you feel safe and comfortable. Valet service that has the friendliest group of people and a top notch maintenance and security team. Definitely a great place to have groups, weddings, conference rooms that are spacious and close by entertainment for everyone. Reasonable pricing and very worth the stay.”
“This restaurant is amazing. 5 start food (fantastic), service, and atmosphere with the feeling of home. We came on Saturday, and it is a all you can eat buffet with prime rib, chicken carbonara, pork tenderloin, potato bar, and salad bar followed up with a huge dessert bar. Linnae and the rest of the staff are very professional, and they have a great sense of humor. All the Christmas trees are beautifully decorated with large and vibrant ornaments. The ginger bread village was very cool. Unfortunately, we waited too long to see it as some of the parts are falling off. But it still looks cool.”
“My SIL and I brought our moms up here for a Mother-Daughter getaway after my MIL raving about BVR from previous visits. The resort & the grounds are indeed beautiful. The restaurant was anticlimactic at best. Our salads, salmon, and lobster mac ‘n cheese were delicious. Will definitely grant them that. The service was disappointing. From waiting at an empty door for almost 10 min with no one around. There was only (1) table occupied inside and (1) outside for a 6:30 reservation. A dinner for (4) with no appetizers took over 2 hours…with 6 tables total seated. I guess the weekends are where it’s at. No music, no follow-up during the meal by staff, out of all the tables in the place, were placed in front of the door to go outside so every time service was taken to outdoor seating, windy and disruptive. Desserts? Eh. Pass on them. It may be lovely on the weekends, just can not recommend for a weekend day visit.”
