District Eleven

“We had an afternoon off so decided to visit District Eleven. The host/server was friendly and welcomed us in. I was originally planning to just order appetizers but decided to order from the lunch menu. We each ordered a drink, appetizer and noodle. The presentation of the noodles and beef tataki were quite elevated! The beef tataki was well seasoned and the cilantro and onions perfect. The bun bo hue and bun rieu were delicious. Definitely worth checking out.”

“T’was very good! Tasty, good size, not crazy prices. Overall, a very decent and strong place. If anything, I wish the atmosphere was a bit better, but not a big issue as long as the food slaps!”

“Came in around early happy hour. Ood was good portion could have been slighlty bigger. Food tasted great though enjoyed the appetizers over the mains.”

“This Vietnamese restaurant has a really nice vibe and atmosphere. My friends and I came to try the dine-out menu, and while it was good value at $55 for a tasting dish and an appetizer, the food didn’t quite win us over. We each ordered different appetizers. Personally, the flavors weren’t really to my taste, the skewers felt a bit too heavy and meaty for me, though the wontons and the other options were okay. For mains, we tried the lamb and the fish, which were decent but not particularly memorable. Dessert was the only part I struggled with the most, as the only option included coffee. I’m not someone who eats or drinks coffee, so I would have loved an alternative. Unfortunately, I couldn’t finish it and it even affected my sleep that night. Overall, the atmosphere and pricing are great, but I think a few menu tweaks especially more dessert options could really improve the experience.”

“Came for Dine Out Vancouver 2026 which was $55/person. We chose the beef tataki and beef & pork skewers as appetizers, the sablefish and lamb chop as entrees. We also got District 11 complimentary tasters which was aburi crispy rice (our favourite), banh xeo tempura and the goi salad and a Vietnamese coffee biscoff tiramisu. All in all, decent meal. The sablefish was lacking some flavour and wish there was more lamb, but it is dine out. The beef & pork skewers were also quite tasty, but the aburi crispy rice was the highlight of the meal -- perfect amount of spicy. The tiramisu was a little sweet, but a good way to end the meal.”
