“One of my all-time favorite breakfast meals, no question. The place was bustling, busy enough to feel alive, but service was still quick and dialed in. Exactly how a great breakfast spot should feel. The Same Biscuit & Gravy absolutely delivers, rich wild mushroom sausage gravy over a soft buttermilk biscuit, with crispy, seasoned hash browns and fluffy scrambled eggs that actually taste like real eggs. Comfort food done right. The Sunrise Chili Crunch Bowl is a sleeper hit too. Awesome balance of textures and flavor, the chili crunch brings just enough heat, and the pickles and greens keep it fresh. Not your typical breakfast, in a really good way. Mini donut basket for the table is a must. Warm, soft, and just the right amount of sweet with the chocolate drizzle. And the butterscotch latte… ridiculously good. Smooth, a little indulgent, and worth ordering every time. Food, presentation, and overall vibe are all on point. This is the kind of place you look forward to coming back to.”

“Wow. We had been to Hope Breakfast Bar at another location a few months ago, and were just “meh” after that experience, but were really impressed after our visit here at the Chanhassen location. KJ was our server, and was so super attentive and friendly, and I absolutely loved my Hawaiian Bowl. The quality of the coffee (although some people have complained about the price) is so worth it! Will definitely be returning.”

“Our first time, and the menu itself is an adventure. The cocktails and coffee related drinks, alcoholic and non, are a long list. A younger adult member of our part got a gin based drink with a variety of fruit flavors; she loved it, and so did I but I would have had to ask someone else to drive home. A simple Prosecco with pineapple juice was fine for me. There are craft beers on taps, along with wines by the glass. The menu seems to have a southern accent to it. I had one of their favorite items, "Whipped eggs with pimento cream cheese. salmon and toast. The salmon was a fine piece of fish and it went well with the fluffy eggs; I didn't bother with the toast, as I felt satisfied with the main components of the dish. Another one of our party had the "Southern Style (bone-in) Fried Chicken with Waffles and Jalapeno Maple Syrup (on the side)." It was a whole half chicken and even the wings were nicely done. The guest napkins are ample, but bring wet napkins or something for messy fingers! Everyone takes home boxes and seems in a great mood. There are Hopes all around the Cities and the founders have franchised the operations, but people we met spoke equally well about the Edina location. Your experience will b enhanced by making a reservation and by being on time to claim it.”

“Had a wonderful experience here! Came in with a large party and they were very accommodating. Everyone in the party was happy with what they ordered and there was such a nice variety of menu options to choose from! I will say, honestly this cream cheese frosting was way too sweet for me and the pancakes themselves, the house speciality sourdough pancakes, were so heavy I could only eat a little bit of them. I brought the rest home :) I tried some of my sisters chicken fried steak which was excellent- their gravy was flavorful! I would like to come back again and try more options!”
