“We came here on Father’s Day, and I am so glad we did! Our server was Erica, and she was fantastic! Great smile, pleasant and friendly. It was a bit loud, but that was to be expected since it was Father’s Day. “Always a delightful experience coming to the Hope breakfast bar in Woodbury. The food is always phenomenal, the manager Rory is always so personable and accommodating, our waitress, Jen, has such a bubbly and welcoming personality. Overall always a great experience coming here. I come here around twice a week with my wife and we love it. Located in Woodbury next to Spitz, Starbucks and Kowalskis. Great breakfast and lunch restaurant.”

“Me and Sara both had Friday off so we decided to go to Hope breakfast bar at 1:00 p.m. because it closes at 2:00 p.m. I've never been there before so I didn't know what to expect. I walked in and it had great ambiance and we sat in a nice corner Booth window seat. Sara ordered a water and the pancake shot served with bacon strips as a garnish. Sara said the pancake shot tasted just like liquid pancakes as she ate the bacon strips as a chaser. I ordered the prosecco that they have on tap. Even though it is a breakfast joint it was after 1:00 p.m. so I ordered the smashburger with hash browns. Sara ordered the breakfast sandwich bagel with a huge cheddar cheese skirt hanging on the sides of the bagel. My smashburger was delicious and Sarah said she loved her breakfast sandwich. She took plenty of pics and uploaded them to her social media accounts. Overall I had a great experience I would definitely recommend hope breakfast bar. I can't wait to go back and actually eat breakfast.”

“Have been to Hope Breakfast Bar in Woodbury twice and overall both great experiences. The food is excellent and the service friendly and efficient. I love the variety on the menu. The only thing that I wish was different was acoustics in the building - it is very loud and hard to hear and takes away a little from the enjoyment.”

“I've been to this location 3 times now and at least 3 other locations for a total of 10 or 12 visits total. This is my least favorite of the locations. What is with all the burn cheese dishes? It seems like most of the breakfast items are covered with a ton of over cooked cheesey crust stuff. Today my entire dish was way too salty. Groose! This location was very busy and loud! Did I mention how loud it is? They pack us in like sardines. The patio is sandwiched between the building and a Starbucks drive thru, so cars are rolling by our table like 5' away. Not a nice view or quite place to dine. I would not recommend this location to anyone. My egg was over cooked as well.”
