What elevated the night even further was the amazing service - genuinely warm, attentive, and thoughtfully paced. We walked out already planning our next visit—still talking about every bite on the drive home. Absolutely stellar, Five dazzling stars! Had our 2nd visit to celebrate Father’s Day and my hubby’s birthday. Another wonderful memory filled with superbly fresh sushi.”

The quality of the food, attention to detail, and level of service consistently exceed expectations. The chef is incredibly talented and genuinely lovely, making guests feel welcome while sharing a clear passion for their craft. Without a doubt, one of our favorite dining experiences. “I have to say this is one of my favourite Omakase restaurants in the GTA, and I’ve tried quite a few. I’ve also been to Japan multiple times, so I like to think I have a good reference point for Omakase. I’ve been here at least 5 times now (if not more haha) and I genuinely have never had a bad experience. The staff is always so friendly, the atmosphere is great, and unlike some Omakase spots that can feel a bit tense or intimidating, this place feels welcoming and comfortable while still delivering amazing quality. The fish, menu, and overall experience are consistently excellent every single time. Honestly, considering the price point, this is one of the best Omakase experiences you can get in the GTA. 10/10 would recommend!!”

“My wife & I had a wonderful dining experience at Ibushi Omakase. From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and friendliness. The service throughout the evening was excellent—attentive, professional, and very accommodating without ever feeling rushed. The food was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented, and you could immediately tell the ingredients were extremely fresh. The sushi and sashimi were delicate, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Each course in the omakase felt thoughtfully crafted, highlighting the natural taste of the fish while keeping the balance simple and elegant. Chef Hiroki was awesome! Not only was he incredibly skilled and passionate about his craft, but he also made the experience fun and memorable. We even shared a few cups of sake together, which made the evening feel more personal and interactive. It was great chatting with him while watching him prepare each piece with such precision. The restaurant itself was warm, cozy, and very clean, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic omakase experience with delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming ambiance.
