Our award winning Northern Virginia restaurant, open to the public, features ingredients from many local farms and from our own backyard. We are constantly foraging for fresh wild products to utilize on our menu, as well as, tending to our own vegetables, herbs, and fruit orchard. Our team of chefs create elegant dishes with definite seasonings as in Provence, with a light hand on the sauces; each creation pleases the eye as well as the palate. Our menus change daily because we only use what is best of each season. Kindly Note: Due to the nature of our outdoor seating- seating outside is available on a first-come-first-serve basis and is weather permitting. We do NOT offer reservations for our outdoor dining. DRESS CODE: Dining Room: Business smart attire to include collared shirt and casual slacks, khakis, or dress pants. No caps/hats, shorts, cutoffs, tank tops, t-shirts or pool attire. Ladies and gentlemen are asked to remove caps/hats when entering the Dining Room. ** If you are not dressed appropriately, you will not be permitted in the dining. ** Bistro: Business casual attire- Jeans, shorts, and t-shirts are all permitted. “My husband and I decided to do a small micro wedding at Lauberge. I am so glad we decided to do it there. The ceremony was very intimate and beautiful. There were lots of places to get pictures and Emily and the team were amazing to work with. They got everything perfect with the ceremony and the dinner afterwards. We also stayed at the Inn for 2 nights and the room was perfect. The food and the cake were perfect as well. I could not recommend Lauberge more!”
“Absolutely delightful experience! We stayed at The Villa. Swimming pool was perfect! Hiking opportunities everywhere. Our room was lovely - well-maintained and comfortable. The food at the Inn’s restaurant was exquisite. I have a lot of food allergies and they were very careful to keep me safe. Highly recommended!”
“We've been to L'Auberge Provencale Inn and Restaurant on two occasions and stayed in the Pascal room both times. Would highly recommend that room as it's on the 2nd floor so it's a bit quieter. As others have pointed out, the beds are extremely comfortable and the steam aromatherapy shower is an added bonus. On both occasions we took part in the 4-course dinner menu and each time we have been very pleased with the food. On our most recent visit this past weekend, the potato gnocchi first course was particularly good. The breakfasts here are also delicious - they were even nice enough to send us home with extra croissants.”
“Wonderful stay. Easily accessible from Northern Virginia. The inn was clean and landscaping well manicured. The room definitely showed French accents that was cute. We stayed in Room 1. We liked that is was close to the restaurant yet felt so private - which we wanted. The room had a steam room shower. Loved it. I. Fact so much, we hit the steam room before dinner, after dinner, and after breakfast! Might have got a little dehydrated! Bed was super comfortable. Afternoon snacks were great. Love fresh fruit and the macaroons were blissful. Dinner: although we have ate traditional French food, it hasn’t been a lot. The dinner was nice. Because we are very light eaters, the food was too filling for us .I think if we go back, we would ask if we could order one tasting menu and eat it together. Otherwise, amazing. Service was impeccable. Only mistake we made was not staying two days. I think when we do it again, we will stay longer to really get relaxed from the craziness of DC. We didn’t go to other property but will consider it this summer for the pool. No photos. We turned off our phones and left them on the car. This date was about reconnecting without distractions of life.”
“Our one-night stay at L'Auberge Provencale was very special. The inn is situated in a beautiful, peaceful location with charming gardens, including a glorious array of irises right outside the door to our room. Our accommodations were lovely, with delightful French Provincial decor, and thoughtful amenities. We relished both our dinner as well as breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and we greatly appreciated the chef's efforts to make adjustments for our dietary needs. In addition, the office staff was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We found L'Auberge Provencale to be elegant, whimsical, and unique in extending exceptionally warm hospitality. We are eager to return!”
