“It's been many years since I've had such an wonderful meal at a restaurant. Each item we tasted tonight exceeded the last. I would recommend the tuna tartare, the white ham, the moules, chicken supreme and the steak and frites. It's no joke, this restaurant is incredible.”
“What a beautiful find in Whistler! I opted for the Prix Fixe menu for dinner; great price, for exceptional food. Beautifully presented, cooked to perfection, and full of flavour. Shout out to George and Alex for their friendly, excellent service at the bar (where I was seated, as a solo diner). I was so impressed with my dinner experience, I returned the next day for brunch. Very nice breakfast, in a beautiful setting.”
“I had a wonderful first experience at The Lorette Brasserie! I was greeted by a kind hostess who let me know there would be a quick 5-minute wait, then offered me a spot at the bar. Since I was dining alone, I happily accepted. My server immediately brought out water and a complimentary shot of their signature juice elixir—a refreshing blend of orange, pineapple, lime, and mint. When I asked for a breakfast recommendation, the server highly suggested the mushroom Eggs Benedict. It's one of my favorite dishes, so I had to try it. While waiting, I took in the space; it’s a cute, warm, and inviting restaurant with about 20 tables. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It is clear that no detail was forgotten here—when I ordered an espresso martini, it was served in a perfectly chilled glass. I even asked a busboy for local tips, and he quickly told me to visit Lost Lake!My food arrived hot, fresh, and packed with high-quality, real ingredients. Every single flavor hit perfectly, and the brown butter hollandaise sauce absolutely stole the show. I am definitely coming back tomorrow to try something else on the menu!”
“My husband and I were in the area for the long weekend and we were both impressed and very pleased with the dining experience at Lorette Brasserie. The service was exceptional and we appreciated the recommendations from our server. We loved the Lorette Fizz cocktail and we shared the 3-course meal, which was enough for the two of us since I’m naturally a person who eats a smaller portion. We had the endive & fuji apple, the white ham (our favourite of the evening) and the steak & frites. Every dish we had was delicious, there were none that we had mixed opinions about. We usually opt for steak back in Vancouver so, we could tell the steak was both cooked well and it was better quality cut than what we were used to. Since we enjoyed so much, we opted to try their dessert as well and we got the crème brûlée out of recommendation— absolutely loved it! The plates, utensils were always swapped out for clean ones for every dish from the 3 course meal and our water was constantly refilled, it was nice that we didn’t need to wait too long for service, or have to try to get the attention of our server as we were well attended to. Even at the end of the night after paying we were hosted well. We’ll definitely be back again, whenever we happen to be in Whistler.”
“Every dish we got was amazing. Our server was absolutely brilliant. Shoutout to Daisy for being so kind, always checking up on us, not rushing us, refilling our wine and water. Great experience over all. Would 100% recommend !!!”
