“All I can say is WOW!! There are such few places in Vancouver that actually cooks with tallow and I’m so happy to know that Monzo does! Now I don’t have to feel guilty about eating burger and fries 😁 You can really taste the freshness and they even grind their own beef in house daily so you know you are getting quality ingredients here! As my first time visiting, we ordered their signature King Monzo and Wrangler smashed burgers, onion rings and beef fat fries! Their Bocconcini Bites also had the best cheese pull when you eat it fresh 🙌 They also have a monthly feature on their milkshakes and we tried the Cereal Milkshake at the time of our visit. Their boozy milkshake ‘Almost Tiramisu’ with Baileys, Kalua and Rum was a little too sweet for my taste. I‘ll definitely be coming back for more 🙌”

“Came to Monzo Burger as we heard that they offer fries, fried in beef tallow! We ended up getting fries, onion rings and bococcini bites all fried in tallow. They were all amazing! They tasted so fresh and clean, unlike traditional oil. High recommend! We also tried the Wrangler Burger - which was delicious, but a bit heavy on sauce and a little bit greasier than I prefer. The place itself was clean and comfortable, with ample table and bar seating. There's at least one fancier booth and what appears to be a party room of some sort near the back. The staff hustle and are very kind and attentive. Service was 10/10.”

“This place is so good. You can tell their beef is super high quality and the beef tallow fries have the nostalgia of fast food with the texture and taste of something truly upscale. The strawberry milkshake is 10/10 and they have the best gluten free bun in town, anyone who loves burgers but can't have gluten knows how much of a treat this is. The Italiano style art direction of the place is unique. It's a great venue for parties and where I had my birthday in the summer. The staff were INCREDIBLE. Everyone was so accommodating, attentive, and kind. Particularly Dan, the GM, who has such a strong logistics mind and was the warmest person on earth. He really helped bring the party to life with his support and creativity. Go here. You won't be disappointed.”

“really enjoyed the burger and onion rings here! Their food feels a bit better for you than normal burger spots since they cook with beef tallow. While I found it a bit expensive, the overall experience was great—the retro atmosphere is super cool. It’s a solid spot to grab a burger, and I'd recommend checking it out.”

“Loved the food the burgers were absolutely delicious. It did take about 40 minutes for two burgers to come out, and when they arrived the presentation was very plain: just a simple plate with no paper and a kind of sad look. Luckily the taste made up for it. Service was great, but the atmosphere and lighting felt strange and a bit uncomfortable. Overall: amazing flavor, just wish the wait time, presentation, and ambiance matched the quality of the food.”
